The #WhiteSox have acquired C Kyle Teel, OF Braden Montgomery, INF Chase Meidroth and RHP Wikelman González from the Boston Red Sox in exchange for LHP Garrett Crochet. All 4 players are rated by MLB.com among the Top 15 prospects in the Red Sox organization.

I don't get to do political surveys very often, but I got one today. Most of it was standard fare about the upcoming elections, current events, Trump job approval, etc. But this battery stood out. The kind of tuff an AI company might want to know to improve its public standing.

Consider this scenario. 9-2 USC beats 10-1 Notre Dame in the last game of the 2026 season so both are 10-2. As a result, the committee ranks USC 11th and ND 12th due to head to head. Yet due to the MOU, ND jumps USC to get the playoff spot. So why would you play them?

Not even saying that USC deserves to be ranked, but man, we really need to abolish the AP Poll. Texas somehow back in the Top 25. LSU still in the Top 20. Michigan moves back to 25, with USC unranked even after beating Michigan by 3 scores a week ago 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
