Anita has her hands full of kids and the elements.
I am watched by kids by the bunch learn about supernova and elements and star dust. The place is packed! Anita really understands the mind of a 3-10 year old. Wow I am amazed.
Black Marjory Stoneman Douglas students want the movement to include their voices too miamiherald.com/news/local/c…

Remember the heartbreaking messages between Parkland students and their loved ones during the shooting? Chicago @NeuroKitchen students carried those powerful texts at #MarchForOurLives #6Minutes20Seconds

This made me weep. Must have been the thing that put me over. Good because I don’t want to be numb to this. #NeverAgain

I walked around all day with the NeuroKitchen art youth. They were powerful, activated and thinking for themselves. Even the youngest girl with us had her own thoughts and was activated. Isn’t that what you want from your kids?

shes getting tired of hearing about this stuff after a while? i’m getting tired of having flashbacks and crying every day because of what i lived. “sorry” we don’t want any other kid or adult in the world to experience what we did. unbelievable, some people have no heart xitter.cf/nowthisnews/status/978…
Fox News covered the #MarchForOurLives by insulting students for not wanting to be gunned down at school. This is unhinged.

This #MarchForOurLives movement has given me strength I never thought I was capable of. This strength and commitment is what is going to change the country for the better, but I couldn’t have done it without all of you pals. Thanks for lovin’ this vomit rocket 🤟🏼

These kids used the screenshots of texts from the Parkland shooting as their signs. Most powerful ones I’ve seen. xitter.cf/neurokitchen/status/97…

Before I went on, @Lin_Manuel saluted me and it was the final thing that gave me the push to speak. Art heals. Music heals. If you haven’t listened to Found/Tonight yet, do yourself a favor and start to heal.
