I stopped thinking bro. 🤣
$ASTS Are we thinking launch is the bottleneck or still manufacturing?
Or both…?
He forgot to draw the line at 0. Why not? 😂
Some $ASTS SpaceMob folks are going to look at this chart and think "there is so much upside just to get back to the old peak, and it has made moves like that in only 2 months." They are going to continue getting crushed. The company fundamentals are getting proven to be atrocious (given the valuation) month after month. There's still another 50% downside to the implied investor expectations of April 2025.
Dude lives in another world. Like ignoring everything else that’s down except for asts lmao. He acts like rocket lab is at 100 lmao.
The reality of the situation is that $ASTS is a fat chick stock. Management has been scamming their novice and dumb investors (and some who like to stay poor and bang fat chicks) and now they are finally paying the piper. I have been calling this for a while, look at my history I’m never wrong, wether that’s buying $RKLB at 5$ or $NBIS at 20$ or saying $ASTS is a scam fat chick stock, I’m officially 4/4
Hint the next runner up is $CCXI , instead of holding your bags for dear life, you can get on the next train and be early (robotic revolution) and escape the matrix and never have to touch a slimey fat chick or pack of Raman noodles again like those delusion $ASTS holders have been
These idiots repeat this shit over and over. @elonmusk. Can you repeat one more time for these guys what you have already said before? That you aren’t going to deny your contracts regardless even if it’s for your competitors.
Well said on $asts

I’m sorry but when your competitor owns the rockets you need to launch. And they just bought their own spectrum. Thats not a moat anymore. That's a hostage situation…
This is such a troll. They announced bb11-13 launch date like a week before. 🤡

Recall the statement in the Q2 results call that "we've been providing disclosure about 2 months in advance as we get launch down-selected" and that we haven't had any announcement yet... seekingalpha.com/article/493…
I wonder how many times he is gonna make this post today lmao.
I THINK THE WORST INVESTMENT IN THE SPACE SECTOR IS $ASTS
$ASTS has no moat. It is not in CLPS, and it has no rocket. It depends on others to launch its satellites. Until now, SpaceX (Falcon 9) has handled it. From now on, Falcon 9 will no longer help it, and Starship will not carry its satellites either. Its entire fate depends solely on satellites. It is trying to compete with SpaceX.
Never forget how much the legendary investor Warren Buffett values the moat.
Warren Buffett (April 29, 2000, Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting — Omaha, Nebraska):
"We think in terms of that moat and the ability to keep its width and its impossibility of being crossed as the primary criterion of a great business. And we tell our managers we want the moat widened every year. That doesn't necessarily mean the profit will be more this year than it was last year, because it won't be sometimes. But if the moat is widened every year, the business will do very well. When we see a moat that's very tenuous in any way — it's vulnerable to attack — maybe that castle's going to get taken over and so on."
"We think of all our businesses as castles and we want a moat around them filled with piranhas and alligators to keep competitors away."
Peter Thiel keeps frequently warning his rivals even though his relationship with Elon Musk has been bad for 26 years — doesn’t that scare you?
Peter Thiel (2015 – LAUNCH Festival / This Week in Startups):
“I would never bet against Elon in anything. So, I think that’s sort of hard rule number one.”
Peter Thiel (2018 – Economic Club of New York):
“You should never bet against Elon.”
Peter Thiel (2018 – The Australian Interview):
“I would not bet against him.”
“And I wouldn’t bet against him.”
Peter Thiel (2024 – Piers Morgan Uncensored):
“The alternate view, I would say, is you should never bet against Elon.”
This is not financial advice.
Dilusional.
$ASTS @AST_SpaceMobile End of the road. Chances are rising toward a company sale.
- no sat delivery.
- no J-LEO PR.
- Company is silent and not answering investors.
- waiver cancelation.
- no launch deals with any partner.
My bet is @blueorigin acquisition at 20-30B~.
I can’t believe so many cult members don’t get this lmao. Ready to jump ship to starlink. This will get congested fast. Good take.
Guys, @Starlink isn't going to magically become a mobile carrier with 14MHz of low-band spectrum. That's not going to be usable as a mobile network outside rural areas. They are still going to need a terrestrial network, and 14 MHz ain't much for that. Even with AWS3 and AWS4 spectrum, you mostly need low-band for uplink. But again, you'll still need a terrestrial network.
This is such a dilusional take lmao. Tell me you don’t understand cell frequencies without telling me lmao.
$spcx will ship its own phone with chipset to handle better from starlink.
Good luck asts working on random phones.
So many in this thread have 0 clue about $asts or JVs. They think Verizon and att are doing nothing and have no satellite option lmao. We are still early.
JUST IN: AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile stocks all crash over 7% after Elon Musk's SpaceX $SPCX announces plans to turn Starlink into major US mobile carrier.
It’s wild you have to explain this over and over to educate people lol. Nicely put. But haters will still ignore.
Replying to @KampnerSam
Not worried. It is a complex story, which partly explains the SP action the last few months, though most explained by all high beta getting killed.
The biggest reason is that Spcx told the MNOs it wants to compete with them. This is why T-Mobile scrubbed Starlink from its T satellite page last week. Why would any tier 1 MNOs sign with them after this? The answer is they won’t and SpaceX is likely to lose DT and T-Mobile as their openly T1 MNOs.
$ASTS is creating a non terrestrial network that mirrors how MNOs create a terrestrial network. By this I mean, a combination of low band, mid band, and cband which all have varying characteristics of speed and distance/building penetration. To use low band, you need large phased arrays that even starship can’t launch unless they are folded. To date, Starship only has a pez dispenser and fuel lines lead up to the top, preventing more classic satellite deployment measures.
The AST architecture is transparent (bent pipe) so that it is 3-6G (and future G compatible). Satellites are at a higher altitude (7-10y life) all of which partially negates, launch disadvantage. Transparent architecture ties in directly to the MNO core which allows for NTN/TN handoff and advanced first responder features like priority/preemption and misssion critical push to talk. First Net in particular uses band 14 (700MHz) spectrum which again SpaceX doesn’t support.
SpaceX bought Echostars spectrum (at least partially for its ex-USA 2GHz spectrum but it seems many countries are moving away from ITU priority rights and exerting sovereignty over this spectrum. This has already led to Brazil giving AST some of this spectrum for free and it is my belief that the EU will take SpaceXs allocation and give some to AST.
Finally, the TAM is so huge that despite all of these advantages if AST is in an duopoly with SpaceX despite all of these advantages, the numbers still work. AI devices will demand always on connectivity, autonomous drone delivery will require it, and fixing 1 bar grey zones will mean this eventually ends up in every plan. We say how texting was a premium service to begin with and then bundled. Non terrestrial service will be the same and I expect AST’s comparatively more advanced white-label wholesale broadband will take most.
I didn’t even get to defense cases. Think the largest phased arrays in low earth orbit, designed to close the link budget to 0.2W phones, would be useful for SIGINT? For tactical communications, you will want low band as your primary service to get through trees etc
Tired of these uneducated takes lmao.
$ASTS folks, how is this not an existential risk for the business?
$SPCX it's clearly going after this market and unlike $ASTS, SpaceX has enormous advantages: It does not have to rely on third-party vendors for launches, and it is able to scale up much quicker.
Since the strongest argument for $ASTS is distribution (the service is designed to work through existing mobile carriers), this is game over if $SPCX fills up this space sooner.
It would be interesting to watch how this one unfolds.
Mental help needed. Any volunteers to help labubu?
$ASTS So they have two giant factories and a runway and they still can't put together one freaking satelite?
another red flag. managment lost control, they are hiding info, lying, not answering questions from investors and you guys expect the share price to go up 😂
