Sina Dadmand and Şeyma Benge Uysal's work on the functional stratification of cancer drugs through integrated network similarity and exploring drug resistance patterns among cell lines, was presented by Sina Dadmand @RECOMBconf conference.
Congrats to Bengi Ruken Yavuz on her paper. She have recently presented this work as a poster at RECOMB-CCB sattelite meeting.
Despite cancer-wide existence of a set of driver genes, having double mutations in those genes is cancer type specific.
Cancer latent drivers can additively intensify the signal when coupled with other activating mutations. They have low frequency and escape idenfication. In this study, we explored the potential impact of “latent drivers” on cancer progression and cataloged 155 latent drivers.
Replying to @bengiruken
@bengiruken, @ntuncbag et al use a statistical methodology to identify potential latent driver mutations from public cancer bulk sequencing data.

Yıldız Aydın has presented her work on interaction of SMN with microtubule-associated proteins by network analysis.
@minikasap and Sertan Ali Dikli’s poster was on driver gene identification by using community detection and network dismantling methods.
@sina_dadmand gave a presentation about drug response prediction using graph-level analysis on omics data.
@Enessefaayar1 presented his work on dynamic network modelling using graph-based cellular automata(GCA).
His poster is awarded as special mention at HIBIT AWARDs!
We have participated to @HBioinformatics with whole Network Modelling Lab!
