Yesterday as the last day of the tree planting season came to a close, two inspiring women met in Regent's Park to plant an Amelanchier tree for the #queensgreencanopy🌳
@WEP_UK founders @catherine_mayer @sanditoksvig said the tree reflects “a future where we all may flourish”💚

The Trust is an inspiring charity which connects disadvantaged people with their communities. Their 'dig and grow' gardeners enjoyed a day with Danny learning how to plant and look after trees for the best chance of survival 🌱

Great to have @NeilMarshment and @theblkgardener join us at the @WoodlandTrust #YoungPeoplesForest for #BigClimateFightback. 1000s of #trees planted by youngsters. As one said on the day: ‘we’re creating history’ with reply “no, we’re shaping the future”. #PowerOfYouth
