20 states have no MW to speak of.
30 do, and sometimes as high as European levels (60% of median wage).
What do we find? Sharp growth in low pay, little effect on jobs.

An attempted cable theft between Phileo Damansara and Pusat Bandar Damansara stations caused delays along the MRT Kajang Line early this morning.
Rapid KL said trains are temporarily operating at reduced speeds, with longer stops at certain stations, while alternative services have been arranged to minimise disruption to passengers.
