In preparation go onto ESR, download Mar 24, May 24 + Nov 24 payslips & 23/24 TRS - and then I will talk you through IF you are also affected by this "misallocated arrears" error from the backpay paid after industrial action in May '24 (download the payslip where those arrears were paid after our IA)
I will do a video and provide some email templates to see over the xmas break to see if you, like me, were affected by this error and how to fix it
