Secretary @CiscoAguilar & AG @AaronDFordNV issued a statement after three Washoe County Commissioners failed to canvass the recount of two vote totals for the June Primary Election.
Today, the @NVSOS & @NevadaAG filed a petition with the NV Supreme Court to address this failure.

They can under NRS 293.269931 which allows county election officials to begin counting mail ballots 15 days before Election Day.
The statewide outage has been resolved. NVSOS.gov is back up. The outage did not extend to the counties, so voting was able to continue uninterrupted.
During that brief outage, the Effective Absentee System for Elections (EASE) was down. If you attempted to access the page it would not have loaded. It is working now as well.
The outage did not alter or disrupt our plans for Election Night Reporting. We will post unofficial results after the close of polls and the last Voter has voted this evening at silverstateelection.nv.gov/ #trustedinfo2022 #Election2022
