CLUB STATEMENT
The club would like to address rumours circulating on social media regarding unacceptable behaviour following today’s game away to Seaham Red Star.
After a brief investigation, we can confirm that Billingham Town supporter Phil Smith has received a lifetime ban from the club and has been reported to the Northern League, The FA and Cleveland Police.
Although we are delighted to see Town win, and appreciate that celebrations can occasionally go a little too far, ordering a strawberry daiquiri in a pub, with the lads, on a matchday cannot—and will not—be tolerated.
Furthermore, to ensure the club does not encourage similar behaviour in future, lager tops will no longer be served in the clubhouse.
The club considers the matter closed.

🇨🇭🚨: Johan Manzambi is a very average player that is standing out in a dreadful Switzerland team who have yet to face any decent opposition, really hope no club is stupid enough to fall for all this hype and waste 10s of millions on him.
Please repost to raise awareness 🙏🏻

I genuinely don’t think there’s a better celebration in club or international football right now.

Scotland fans on the way to the game chanting: “We’re going to deep-fry your couscous”
The last 5 years:
A DOMESTIC TROPHY
2 cup finals
3 cup semi finals
4 cup quarter finals
2 CL campaigns (Milan, Dortmund, PSG, Barca, PSV, Benfica, Leverkusen, Bilbao Marseille)
CL knock out stages (1st time ever)
3 PL top 7 finishes
1 top four PL finish
Genuinely question....where did it all go wrong?
5 years ago we saw scenes of elation like no other with the takeover.
We went on to escape relegation, qualify for CL twice and win our first cup for decades.
Then - seemingly overnight - it all went to pot.
Why? How?

Being Liverpools sporting director must literally be the easiest job in the world.
Sit back have a cup of tea.
Then wait for Newcastle to try and buy a player then just copy and buy.
🚨💣 EXCLUSIVE: Liverpool are set to sign Víctor Muñoz with HIJACK done, HERE WE GO! 🔴🇪🇸
Newcastle in advanced talks for days but #LFC enter the deal, verbally agree terms with Muñoz and activate €40m release clause.
All set to be signed and another big surpise. 🧨

Regarding the Tonali rumours, I’m confused at people’s reaction.
Players don’t think like fans. They are London based, will be offering him an improved salary, play in an impressive stadium. Are as equally out of Europe as #NUFC next season. Will have ambitious plans (he’s perhaps unconvinced by ours).
I’m not sure the fact that they are a bit of a banter club will cross Tonali’s mind.

If this manager were available, the Howe Out folks would be dying to bring him in…
- Spent 4 1/2 years at last club
- Qualified for the CL twice - 1st time in 20 years
- First ever knockout stages of CL for club
- Two cup finals - First in 25 years
- Ended 56-year trophy drought
- 4th highest in league points since taking over
- Club went numerous windows without improving the team
- 49% win percentage
- Finished 11th, 4th (highest in 20 years), 7th, and 5th
- Took over club in relegation place and helped them become the first club in history to avoid relegation after not winning any of their first 14 games (previous manager’s run)
- Finished 14th and was sacked
But this is Eddie Howe’s time at Newcastle, so they desperately want him sacked.
