Our team looked at 107 realist #reviews published in 2021 to see if & how they reported using external advisory groups. While 40% (37 reviews) mentioned an advisory group, they involved different terms, stakeholders and stages of the review.

I am trying to take breaks that don't involve scrolling through social media... Getting out doors and for a walk are so beneficial. I love this graphic from @fosslien

A systematic review of research on workplace breaks shows that:
1) Regular micro breaks can be better than longer breaks
2) Outdoor breaks & fresh air are better than indoor breaks
3) Scrolling social media is the most common break type but it creates emotional exhaustion
4) Spending a break with a furry companion is beneficial
