After developing osteoarthritis, nonprofit consultant Julia Perkins found relief in yoga. She decided to open a studio in Chicago so her South Shore neighbors could experience the benefits of yoga too. “There were major hurdles to open it,” she says. “But I was tenacious.” [1/2]
