Trim Paths, but for real. Instead of just hiding part of the stroke, this cuts the actual path and calculates the exact new Bézier handles. Fun to watch the geometry itself draw on in After Effects.

Illustrator’s Blend panel now does the rhythm for you. Bump Spacing to Steps, then drag Appearance Shift so the color rides the spine instead of sitting in the middle. Same two circles, a spiral that finally feels intentional. Do you still Expand a blend just to nudge the steps by hand?

I used to flip layer visibility to check an edit. In Photoshop Beta, Quick Compare puts a slider between my edit and the file as it looked when I opened it. One click in the toolbar. Do you still hit Undo, Redo to check yourself?
