Worqen now works straight from your AI assistant. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and ask in plain language: find a designer within my budget, post the job, split it into milestones. Or from the other side: find work that fits my skills, apply, submit the milestone. One thing we didn't hand to the agent: money. Every payment waits for your yes on Worqen. Would you let an agent hire for you? #BuildInPublic #FutureOfWork

coinbase institute on brazil: the big stablecoin opportunity isn't remittances, it's freelancers who bill in dollars, get paid in usdc and cash out to reais via pix. moving money is solved. agreeing on the work and getting paid on time is the part still left

One feature users have been asking for on Worqen: receiving their earnings directly in fiat. 💸 We’re exploring a Transak integration and looking for other providers that can be integrated into our platform as an embedded widget for crypto-to-fiat withdrawals. Who would you recommend we look into? 👇

150ms finality. for someone waiting on a client payment that's the difference between "sent" and "it's actually in my wallet"
LATEST: @Solana schedules the Alpenglow upgrade for October 21, a major overhaul targeting transaction finality in ~150ms by replacing the network’s voting system with a faster certificate-based consensus.

We took first place in the Superteam Ukraine design roast 🔥 They tore our landing page apart, no discounts. Best feedback we've had in a while: we rebuilt the first screen right after. Prize: $70. Small money, big smile 🙂 Thank you @SuperteamUKR for the format, the honest takes, and a community where founders get told the truth.

I think I was drawn to management long before I knew what it was. Since I was 5, my relatives took me to archaeological expeditions every summer. When I became a student, I started organizing and leading expeditions myself. And I loved the whole process. Finding funding. Planning the schedule. Organizing people. Making sure everything worked. The excavations started at 5 AM and finished at noon. After that, we had time to rest. But we were living in a field camp, so we had to create our own comfort and entertainment. We organized everything from sports olympiads to a restaurant in the middle of a field. Looking back, I realize that I enjoyed more than archaeology itself. I loved building a system where people could work, live, and enjoy the process together. Maybe that’s where my interest in building and managing things really started. Today, I’m building Worqen. Different environment. Same feeling. I still love turning chaos into a working system.

1/ AI isn't taking professions. it's taking the first job. the junior rung keeps shrinking. experience will have to come from small paid projects for real clients. the first client is the new first job. how did you get your first real experience?

2/ the data: Stanford found employment for 22–25 year olds fell 13% in the jobs AI automates most, almost 20% for young devs. experienced workers barely felt it. Anthropic (March 2026) sees the same: young people find jobs in these fields 14% less often. digitaleconomy.stanford.edu/…

You know how I test if people actually understand what we're building at Worqen? I live in Brazil, where people speak Portuguese. My English isn't great. I can start conversations and keep them going, but it takes time, mistakes and practice. So when I meet someone new, I show them Worqen and try to explain it - partly in Portuguese, partly in English. And you know what? People get it. Today I met a neighbor. He asked what I do. I told him: "I'm building a platform for safe work." He said: "I'm the director of a digital studio." And just like that, we found a potential business connection. This is why I don't believe you need a perfect pitch to talk about what you're building. Say it badly. Say it with mistakes. Say it in a language you're still learning. Just say it. Clarity comes with practice. #worqen #story

Two people. One deal. One layer of trust between them. Worqen protects both sides - and brings them closer through real work. Not promises. Not profiles. Not empty claims. Real work. Real payments. Real proof. Your reputation is built by what you actually deliver.

I came to Brazil to work remotely. I didn’t have much money with me, so every dollar mattered. Then I had a job where I did the work - and didn’t get paid. It hit differently when you’re far from home and counting on every payment. A friend of mine, Dmitry, came to me with an idea: “What if the money was locked before the work started?” That was the moment it clicked. We didn’t need another place to find freelancers. We needed a safer way to make the deal. So we built Worqen. Money locked in escrow before work starts. Evidence tied to the transaction. Human arbitration if something goes wrong. The idea came from a real pain. Now we’re building the infrastructure we wish we had back then. #worqen #story

AI makes it easier to produce work. So the hiring problem is changing. It’s becoming less about: “Can you do it?” And more about: “Can you prove you’ve actually done it?” A portfolio can be polished. A CV can be written. Real work is harder to fake. How do you decide if someone can actually deliver before hiring them? #freelance #hiring #ai

AI is making it easier to produce work. That changes the hiring problem. The question is becoming less: “Can you do this?” And more: “Can you actually deliver?” Skills matter. But proof of real work matters more than ever. That’s one of the reasons we’re building Worqen.

This is exactly why we’re building Worqen. Finding someone is often the easy part. The real problem is everything that happens after: money, delivery, disputes, and payment operations. That’s the layer we want to fix.
Clients don’t pay Worqen for a job feed. They pay to kill 3 risks that actually break crypto hiring: 1. Prepay risk On-chain escrow on Solana. Funds lock until approval. Nobody pays first. Nobody works first. 2. “Done and gone / done badly” Milestones. Partial release. Timed disputes. Permissionless fallback. Not “support replies in 14 days.” 3. Ops risk USDC / USDT / EURC / SOL. No bank. No 7–14 day hold. No banned account + frozen balance. #BuildInpublic #Worqen
