Autism and ADHD Book Guide (for children, young people, parents & professionals) 📚 • this is now available to buy as a PDF download from the store on my website (link below).
In December, I shared a book guide for children & young people and received SO many requests for this to be a PDF/leaflet etc. It took me a while but it’s now available. I’ve also updated the initial blog post to reflect all of these books, so you can access this for free on my blog.
It is so important for people to see themselves represented in books and to be able to find the information they deserve to help them, so I’m thrilled that this book guide has been so well received.
I haven’t read every single book (though many I have loved and found comforting) but I’ve done my best to check the suitability of the books for different ages. If you’re looking for a book for a child or young person, please do your own research before buying it to ensure it’s suitable for their age and understanding.
I am so very sorry to any author whose book isn’t included in this (I bet I’ve missed some brilliant ones!). I have done my best to include as many as I can!!! Please let me know of any books you may wish to see included in future editions.

A new study released today has found that adults with ADHD have significantly reduced life expectancy - men by 7 years less and women by 9 years. And less than 1 in 9 adults with ADHD are diagnosed.
ADHD is not a trend. We deserve better than this.
