Glucksmann +5 and Melenchon -6 favourables when compared to September and this poll was conducted before the recent riots. Suggests Glucksmann may have a shot of overtaking Melenchon and making it through to the runoff instead of him. Would be a tougher opponent for Le Pen
💣 Baromètre apocalyptique pour l’ensemble de la classe politique. Seuls quelques noms résistent (Le Pen, Ménard) ou progressent (Knafo +1, Lisnard +3, Glucksmann +5). Retailleau -4 Bardella/Philippe -5 Mélenchon -6 Hollande -7 Macron -8 Attal -9 @IfopOpinion x @ParisMatch

Why hasn't Britain got its own sovereign hard-tech cluster like the US in El Segundo? The UK government is about to spend record billions on the physical economy but is planning to spread it evenly across every region until no single place has enough to matter. New substack explaining how £160m in one square mile beats £160m across a region, why the compounding effects of density only switch on above critical mass, and where we could actually build one. We also find increased scepticism that misinformation is being labelled correctly. A plurality of Britons now think the label is used to silence opinions the powerful don't want discussed. Only 26% say fact-checkers 'act neutrally and flag misinformation fairly'.

Counter-intuitively, "looksmaxxing" itself shows zero link to social anxiety among 18-34s. It's become more mainstream, so awareness ≠ being deep into the ideology anymore. But niche terms in the same world still do: knowing "blackpill" or "looksmatching" strongly predicts worrying what others think. / 6
