I think it's a problem if we can't separate important events with people. Columbus doesn't have some kind of copyright ownership with discovering America, and given what we know about him we definitely should not be celebrating him. Remove or at least rename #ColumbusDay

This study is comically bad. They split the sample into 24 groups and, as expected, find one that has a p<.05 positive effect. Even dumber is the method: there's no control group. They just measure whether deaths within 25 weeks after vax are concentrated in the first 28 days.
Today, we released an analysis on COVID-19 mRNA vaccines the public needs to be aware of. This analysis showed an increased risk of cardiac-related death among men 18-39. FL will not be silent on the truth.

#ElixirConf Phoenix LiveView Native? This is crazy amazing. Still a LiveView server sending websocket updates, but instead of a web client, it's a SwiftUI client. wow @DockYard

The way that we get out of the pandemic requires a level of sustained concern that we fail to maintain every time we come down from a surge. I mean, 30,000 Americans died this summer, and we are already dancing in the endzone without embarrassment.

I don’t think a lot of people who went to college when it cost far less understand how many people are impacted by student debt. So I’m going to ask you to reply to show just a small amount of the scale of impacted people
How much student debt do you have and how old are you?
