France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Sweden and Denmark have forfeited any standing to question Iran's compliance with the NPT, or to raise its missile program ever again. In March, at Île Longue, @EmmanuelMacron unveiled an "advanced deterrence" plan that the other eight have joined. Last week, he watched France test-fire its upgraded M51.3 ballistic missile from the submarine *Le Vigilant*. These steps breach the NPT on three counts. The first is Article VI. It obliges every party, not France alone, to pursue negotiations in good faith on the "cessation of the nuclear arms race at an early date" and on nuclear disarmament. In 1996, the International Court of Justice held unanimously that this is an obligation to bring those negotiations to a conclusion. France is moving in the opposite direction. Macron has ordered more warheads and stopped disclosing how many France holds. The M51.3, built to carry France's new TNO-2 warheads, brings greater range, accuracy and ability to penetrate missile defences. At the 2010 Review Conference, France accepted that non-nuclear states have a legitimate interest in constraining exactly this kind of "qualitative improvement" of nuclear weapons. Pursuing it anyway defies "pacta sunt servanda", the duty of good-faith performance in Article 26 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties. Articles I and II supply the other two counts. Article I forbids France to transfer nuclear weapons, or control over them, to anyone "directly, or indirectly." It also forbids France to assist a non-nuclear state "in any way" toward acquiring such control. Article II binds the seven non-nuclear participants not to receive such weapons or control. By hosting France's nuclear-capable aircraft and training for its nuclear operations, those states are drawn into the machinery of nuclear use. Macron's promise that the "final decision" stays in Paris is no answer, because the treaty also bars indirect control and assistance. Germany, which renounced "control over" nuclear weapons in the 1990 Two-Plus-Four Treaty, is doubly bound. The treaty is a bargain of reciprocal obligations, and they are violating its core. Under Article 60 of the Vienna Convention, violating a provision essential to a treaty's object and purpose is a "material breach." In "Gabčíkovo-Nagymaros" (1997), the same Court held that a state's own unlawful conduct can prejudice its right to act on another party's breach. Yet these capitals are prosecuting Iran under the very treaty they are breaching. Britain, France and Germany led the 2025 IAEA Board resolution finding Iran in non-compliance and triggered the "snapback" of UN sanctions. On 9 September, they joined the United States in having the Board refer Iran to the Security Council over reporting failures and the Agency's lack of access. That access ended with the June 2025 strikes on Iran's safeguarded facilities. No equivalent procedure exists to send France to the Council for enlarging its arsenal, and France and Britain hold vetoes there in any case. A violator of the NPT cannot sit in judgment of another party's compliance with it. Then there is the hypocritical double standard on missiles. These governments condemn Iran's ballistic missiles, which carry conventional warheads. No treaty in force bars a state from building conventional missiles for its defence. Meanwhile, France has just test-fired a missile with an estimated range of 8,000 to 10,000 kilometres, designed to carry several nuclear warheads. After the test, Macron repeated his maxim: "To be free, one must be feared." That is the oldest argument for proliferation. The NPT rests on the opposite premise: that more than 180 states can be secure without the bomb. When a nuclear power says that being feared is the price of freedom, it invites every one of those states to reconsider. @Villepin

Hey French youth & fighters for freedom in Europe! Look, this 👇 is how your government likes to incite protests in other countries. Maybe they would like to see the same at home?
Around 30 young protesters sit in one corner of the Polytechnic University campus in Hung Hom, manufacturing petrol bombs while others cart them away to the frontline. Video: SCMP/Albert Han

‼️ Things As They Really Are, As They Really Have Been, and As They Really Will Be Fiorella Isabel's judgment of the matters she addresses in the quoted post has remained consistently impaired ever since she became disillusioned with the Russians for not fighting the kind of war she believes they should. For her, Putin et al. are incorrigible traitors to the causes she imagines they should have and the courses of action she believes they should take. Pretty much everything she writes in the post below is nonsense born of shallow understanding and myopic perspectives. Isabel simply cannot wrap her mind around the complexities and perplexities of the current revolution we are seeing in terms of the global military and economic balance of power, and the so-called "soft power" of international diplomatic relations. Perhaps most of all, Fiorella (among a great many) has never been able to comprehend the concepts contained in something I have been writing about for years, and which I have recently encapsulated in a single statement: When you are locked in a mortal struggle with an empire in existential crisis, you must administer death by a thousand cuts in order to not evoke a trapped animal reflex in a beast who, at the very least, could destroy a city in a fit of fury. These things must be done delicately. This concept has been at the root of all Russian actions since they realized, in the summer of 2022, that they would henceforth be fighting a war against not only the Ukrainians, but also the combined military and logistical power of the United States and its various allies around the world. It remains my judgment that, all things considered in their proper light and scope, Russia has managed its affairs with remarkable acumen. Since February of 2022, the Russians have systematically attrited — to a shockingly comprehensive degree — the military capability of the collective western powers. Even more shocking, they have exposed the inefficacy and vulnerability of most of the western legacy implements of war, and the woefully deficient magazine depth of its armaments. They have similarly administered a comprehensive demilitarization of Ukraine, which now stands on the precipice of total collapse. The Russians have inflicted upwards of two million Ukrainian casualties. And, notwithstanding the laughable analyses of the credentialed western "experts", it will eventually be recognized and universally acknowledged that the Ukraine War has produced the most disproportionate casualty ratio of any major war in modern times. The Russian prosecution of this war will be admiringly studied for generations to come in war colleges and military histories. Most meaningfully, in course of time, we will see all of Russia's originally enunciated objectives realized: - Russia will extend its strategic depth to encompass the Black Sea coast to the Danube, Transnistria, and at least all the lands east of the Dnepr — and quite possibly large swathes of the territory west of the Dnepr as well. - Ukraine, if it survives this war at all, will be comprehensively de-Nazified and de-militarized. - Assuming NATO continues to exist as a credible military / political alliance, its military presence will be forced back to its 1997 borders. I also believe Russia, China, and Iran will continue to solidify their "partnership". They will anchor the "Eurasian Century". The American empire will rapidly recede from Eurasia in coming years. The United States will enter a period of unprecedented political conflict and significant economic tribulation, and quite possibly increasingly strident voices for regional secessions, and organized movements tending towards the eventual balkanization of North America. I submit that the degree to which Fiorella holds to a radically different view of these questions is the measure of her error, and this will become increasingly apparent between now and the end of this decade.

Dennoch berief Yatom Hanning im Jahr 2021 in den Vorstand seines privaten Cybersicherheitsunternehmens World Health Energy Holdings (WHEN).

There are still useful idiots out there who deny that the US is an empire. Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio just gave another explicitly pro-colonialist speech, boasting that the US is a "continental empire". He proudly identified the origins of the US empire in the colonization of North America. He totally erased the Indigenous peoples who lived there, referring to it as an "open and wild land" at the time of colonization. Rubio waxed poetic on the "American frontier spirit", with no mention of the millions of Native Americans who died in the largest genocide in human history. Rubio also praised the genocidal colonialists Christopher Columbus and Hernán Cortés. Rubio traced the origins of the US empire back to Alexander the "Great", whom he heroized for "conquer[ing] the entire known world". The US empire has tried to do exactly the same, on top of many millions of corpses. (This is the official transcript of Rubio's speech: state.gov/releases/office-of…)
SECRETARY RUBIO: The Greek philosophers’ search for the structure of the universe was inherited by Copernicus, Galileo, Kepler, and Newton. The hunger for new knowledge gave birth to Magellan’s first expedition around the world; to Columbus’ discovery of the Americas; and ultimately, to Apollo 11’s journey to the moon. The qualities that led Alexander to conquer the entire known world reappeared in Caesar, Charlemagne, and Cortes.

Throughout history we Iranians have faced those who declared themselves masters of the universe and sought to erase ancient civilizations. They came in fire and flame, only to depart in dust and shame. Those who chase Alexander’s legacy will share Valerian’s fate: you will kneel.
We believe that the West can awaken from its long slumber – and rekindle the fire that was first lit in ancient Greece millennia ago.

The Prime Terrorist of a rogue terror state:
The Nobel Prize committee has lost its moral compass. It has awarded its highest honor to a bigot who built her career around inventing and propagating blood libels against the one and only Jewish state. Navi Pillay’s proudest achievement was to legitimize a corrupt prosecutor who turned to her fabrications against Israel hoping that by joining her bigoted lynch mob, he would beat a rape charge. Karim Khan, who was accused by his own ICC employees of raping and sexually molesting them, used Pillay’s lies to build a fake case against Israel. Pillay supplied the lies. Khan weaponized them. And now the misguided members of the Nobel Committee are honoring the woman who propagated this demonization of the Jews and this travesty of justice.

After listening to this 1-minute-35 “summary” from Fox News, I understood why Americans are a people of idiots. It’s not just a matter of bad elites, the people are dumb too. Of course there are exceptions, but the average level is catastrophic. Their Epstein elites can eat and r*pe children and they will do nothing, they can destroy the world economy and they will do nothing. A useless people that the whole world has to put up with. If you’re American and you take offense at what I’m writing, you’re part of the problem. Move your ass, revolt, do something, you’re fucking up the world economy, in case you hadn’t noticed.

August Hanning served as chief of Germany's spy service from 1999 to 2005. 1999 was when an Iraqi source codenamed named "Curveball" surfaced in Germany and began claiming Saddam Hussein had active WMD programs. All of it turned out to be spectacularly false. Worth examining if in addition to stealing intelligence and handing it to "foreign countries," any "foreign countries" were feeding him intelligence to shape the Western narrative.

Another step to a totalitarian & fascist EU regime. That's your future.
🇪🇺 No new Orbán in the EU. Europe is preparing to end veto abuse by future members. 🔸New members will temporarily lose their voting rights if they abandon EU values. 🔸 The EU also wants greater use of qualified-majority voting, including on sanctions. 🔸 Orbán repeatedly blocked or delayed Ukraine aid and EU action against Russia. Enlargement must make Europe stronger, not give one government the power to paralyse 30+ countries. The end of the veto is the future of Europe.
