I still don't understand why opposition political parties wanted to contest a free and fair election while the ANC had so many Councillors not participating. It's like Coventry City wanting to play 90 minutes against Manchester City with Manchester City playing with the goalkeeper only. And Coventry readying themselves to celebrate the victory after 90 minutes.
