Why is this guy not criminally charged by IDAC?
Having listened to the state prosecutor detailing their plea and sentencing agreement, this guy is clearly involved yet he is not charged. It appears the sole objective is to charge officials from SAPS.
Fronting is Fraud.
Let all those involved in criminality be charged.
