A beautiful walk in the park on a fall day. Visited some old friends on the pond. I know them, they may not know me. Maybe, maybe in another life they did. Here we are. #naturelover #autumninnyc #swanlake #elegantswans

I don't expect the Grammy Committee to give Rosalia AOTY because it's the Grammy Committee... but if any album other than LUX wins it's a straight robbery and lack of appreciation of the absolute SECULAR masterpiece that the album is. She's so incredible

Cook at home more. Cook to know what's in your food. Cook to slow down. Cook for the people you love. Cook to save money. Cook to eat real ingredients. Cook to break up with the food industry. Your kitchen is the most powerful pharmacy you have.

The older I get, the more I realize that life has seasons. And not every season needs to be your best one. Some seasons are for building. Some are for healing. Some are for just surviving. You don’t have to win every single chapter for the whole story to turn out well.

Fall officially begins tonight at 8:05 p.m. ET.
The Fall Equinox marks the start of astronomical fall in the Northern Hemisphere. Around this time of year, daylight and nighttime are nearly equal.
From here, the days keep getting shorter until the Winter Solstice on December 21, with cooler temperatures and changing leaves following close behind.
Fall also brings its own hazards to New York City.
Atlantic hurricane season continues through November 30. Nor’easters become more common as the season progresses. Fallen leaves can clog catch basins and worsen street flooding during heavy rain.
Daylight saving time ends Sunday, November 1, bringing earlier sunsets, and New York City’s heat season begins October 1. During heat season, building owners must keep apartments at 68 degrees or warmer from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. whenever it's below 55 degrees outside, and at 62 degrees or warmer overnight from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., no matter the outdoor temperature.
@nycemergencymgt monitors conditions around the clock with the National Weather Service and City agencies.

The older I get, the more I realize that anxiety comes from trying to live in two places at once. Replaying yesterday. Rehearsing tomorrow. All while trying to live right now. It's exhausting. Come back to the present. Handle the two feet right in front of you. You don't need to fix your whole life today. You need to take the next right step. Then another. That's the recipe.
