Reason number 457 I love my school. State testing is a bummer and so disruptive for kids but we try so hard to do right by all of our people.

Today we started our state testing. There were no crazy pep rallies, parades, chants. I simply told my students this was by any measure NOT the most important thing we've done all year. Learning was the most important and this was our opportunity to show tenacity and brilliance!
