TV writers' rooms have had this forever, it's called a show bible. Every new writer reads it before even looking at the script so characters don't all of a sudden change personality in episode eight. Giving AI a bible is the same move. It's WILD how much the output changes once the world is written down!
How to solve the "AI forgets" problem: Think of the Notion hub as your persistent brain. The individual chats are your working memory. You separate them so neither has to do the other’s job. Build one central Notion page with your target reader, voice guidelines, and core frameworks. Whenever you open a fresh chat, link the hub first so the AI operates with full context.

Is Anthropic’s new Public Benefit Fund going to help deliver abundance… or just fund the usual suspects? Critics: It’ll get captured and turn political. Supporters: It can soften the AI job-loss wave. Both could be right. Watching closely.
We’re committing a portion of Anthropic’s shares to the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, a new wholly owned entity dedicated entirely to the public benefit. It will start off with 5% of our shares. For every 50% increase in the company’s value over a set baseline, we can contribute up to an extra 2%, subject to our board’s discretion. In total, this means that roughly 20% of Anthropic’s shares are committed to the public good. Our co-founders have already pledged to donate 80% of their equity, and around half our employees are donating a portion of their equity as part of a donation matching program we’ve run since our founding. In the post below, we share more details about our new fund. anthropic.com/news/public-be…

In a test, Anthropic watched an AI model spread a worm payload across 8 devices without human help. In other words, AI worms are showing "signs of life" in the lab. Researchers estimate a real one could exist by late 2026. I wrote about it on #Substack. pithycyborg.substack.com/p/a…

What a night at the Barrymore Film Center! I had the pleasure of serving as MC for the Barrymore Film Center's Annual Gala in Fort Lee, NJ, celebrating the magic of movies and the extraordinary people who keep that magic alive. Fort Lee has a remarkable place in film history, and the Barrymore Film Center is doing something special: preserving that legacy while inspiring new generations of filmmakers and movie lovers. It was a terrific evening filled with great people, wonderful stories, and a shared passion for the art of film. Proud to have been part of it! @BarrymoreFilm

The reality behind fast developing tech. As the race accelerates, the data centers powering large models are colliding with daily life. In one case, residents near a Meta facility reported constant noise, vibration, and strain on local energy systems. Training and running advanced Al requires massive land, water, and electricity, costs that users rarely see. In response, companies are exploring deserts, underwater sites, and even orbital data centers. The key constraint is shifting. The question is no longer just how powerful Al can become, but where its growing compute demand can realistically be sustained.
