Mainstream media have decided that THEY determine the “correct” opinion, and then we get to hear the stories that support it.
Journalism is supposed to give us the FACTS and then WE form an opinion.

10 year run streak!! 💚🏃♀️
Fantastic miles on this lovely morning. A ton of hills so I could get my route to be the number 10. Home before sunrise.
I love to run, it's that simple!!

“Miss Grover left the court without making any comment. She later posted on social media saying she was “absolutely devastated” & that women were being discriminated against.
… I also said, “we will all wake up tomorrow & men will still not be women.” An important point.

Western society is currently divided between people who know this is a man and are prepared to say so and those who know this is a man but lie out of obedience to an ideology. There is no third option. Literally nobody on earth thinks "Roxanne Tickle" is actually a woman.

It is the day after #GigglevTickle and I haven’t woken up believing that men can be women. You can try & punish me for not believing it, but you can never make me believe it.
Men cannot be women.

Happy parkrun eve!
Wear your women's rights t-shirts with courage and pride tomorrow. It doesn't matter if we call it a race or a run. What does matter is that men are not women, and women are not men. Women want equity, not equality. We want fair results.

I honestly think that if you are claiming men can be women you are humiliating yourself, willingly making yourself out to be an idiot.

An Australian judge has ruled in favour of the gentleman on the right.
Who claims he was discriminated against by the woman on the left - who removed him from her ‘female only’ app. On the basis that he was male.
Tickle (right) claims he is female.
In fact, the appeal judge went further than the original ruling - finding direct rather than indirect discrimination and ordering Sall Grover to pay $20,000 in damages (double the original amount), plus costs of up to $100,000 (to cover both the main and cross-appeals).
On the basis that Grover excluded Tickle from the Giggle app. And then refused to re-admit him on the basis of ‘her gender-related appearance’.
Now Grover is off to the High Court. To defend herself against claims of ‘sex discrimination’ - against an individual who anyone can clearly see, on sight, is male.
Insanity.
@salltweets has my full support - along with the support of many people here in the UK.
And this case is a reminder of why women (and men) must continue defending single-sex rights and spaces. Relentlessly.
While the impact is felt differently in different parts of the world - due to differing legal systems - it is clear that we are witnessing a global attack on the rights of women and girls.
We cannot afford to stay silent about it.

If you don't feel like going out on a run because you're in a down mood or are feeling anxious, tell yourself that you only have to go out for one mile.
Chances are, once you're out the door, you'll keep going and it will help you feel much better.
Once you start, if you're truly only feeling one mile, then look at the bright side, you did a mile.
Yesterday, I had 10 miles on the calendar, but I was caught in an anxiety spiral due to a ton of work needing done. - and some of it I was waiting on other people, so I'm a little stuck. I didn't want to go run, but I needed to.
I got ready and told myself that I was going to run between 1-10 miles.
I planned on running 4 miles out and back and then looping and zig zagging around for the last 2. Planning out a route for the full distance made it easy for me. I could always bail, but planning the route was one thing that signaled to me that I was going to do 10.
Less than a mile in, I decided that I was going to sing to 80s, 90s, and early 2000s music. The run turned into a party. My expectations weren't that high, but the run turned out to be great, and I did my 10 miles.
I also showed up better for my evening counseling clients.
You can use little tricks to get out the door and to keep going. We all need that sometimes. You know that your future self will thank you for it.

I've just finished a morning interval session. That's the reason I'm still able to 'battle' for 1st lady at parkrun. I wasn't magically born an Olympian, I worked hard to get there. I was, however, born a woman.

My choir - which specialises in singing at charity running events - has been dropped from Sunday's London Marathon.
Because I don't believe people can change sex - and said so publicly.
We were dropped by the disability charity Scope - who we've supported for the past two years - on the basis of two anonymous complaints. About MY gender critical beliefs.
So not only am I being discriminated against due to my lawfully held views - so are other people.
After months of preparation ... disappointed is not the word.
Suffice to say, if there are any organisations out there who are happy to welcome volunteers with lawfully held beliefs on sex and gender, we'd love to be your 'cheer squad' at Sunday's London Marathon.
Our running themed 'set list' is always a hit with runners and we bring fun, enthusiasm and props in spades (hence the 'Eye Of The Tiger' mask).
We'd love to help support runners raise money for good causes at this year's London Marathon - as we have done in previous years.

One year ago, I ran the Boston Marathon after being threatened, harassed, and ultimately kicked out of a club I had worked so hard to build. All for saying this storied race - the most competitive amateur sporting event in the world - should keep the female category for females.

This should be printed out and included in all training manuals in the UK. And establishments should use it as their default reply to anyone complaining about other patrons.
Replying to @Bentropy_ @WWWheesht
I'm happy to.
We have a law in the UK called the Equality Act.
It states that no service provider (SP) can discriminate (treat less favourably) against anyone on the basis of a protected characteristic (PC)
There are 9 PCs.
Everyone is covered under, at least, one of them.
So, a pub can refuse to sell you alcohol if you're intoxicated, they can't refuse to sell you alcohol because you're black (race is a PC)
We have a legal standard in the UK which is known as the Grainger Test. This determines whether a person's views are protected as a PC (they must be sincerely held, of a serious matter & worthy of respect in a democratic society).
Gender critical beliefs have been legally determined to pass the Grainger Test & are therefore a PC.
So a person cannot be treated less favourably on the basis of their GC views - when compared to a person without GC views.
The PCs are not heirarchical (they are all as important as each other)
So, if a pub, or a brewery, cancels an event because the person involved has GC views, it is treated EXACTLY the same as if they cancelled an event due to a person's race, disability, sexuality, religion etc.
So if you agree, & I assume you do, that a SP should be unable to refuse, or cancel a booking due to the person being black, the law says that they also cannot refuse or cancel a booking on the basis of GC views.
It is unlawful to discriminate against a person due to their PC.
You don't have to agree, you don't have to like it, but it's the law.
The maximum penalty for breaching EA2010 is an unlimited fine.
