Former Manchester City manager Pep Guardiloa urges the world not to forget Palestinians in Gaza as part of an UNWRA appeal. In the video he says: “They are not dead; they are people who have been killed. They are not just numbers. Theare lives that had a name, a face, and a family. Dreams, and memories. They are not collateral damage. They are girls and boys. And when we stop calling things by their names, when we accept a language that hides the pain, we begin to lose our humanity.” He then goes on to say that “The Isr*eli government has killed more than 74,000 people in Gaza” and they have “been living for decades with displacement, violence, loss, grief, trauma, uncertainty and injustice.”
