Another horrific night for Kyiv.
According to the latest data, 11 people were killed and 46 injured, including children, as Russian missiles directly struck residential buildings in the capital.
As Russia intensifies its terror against civilians, Ukraine urgently needs additional air defence systems and interceptors. Every delay in decisions and deliveries costs human lives.
The Council of Europe and its partners must continue to act with determination. Accountability cannot wait: those responsible for the crime of aggression and war crimes committed against Ukraine must face justice.
Protecting Ukrainian skies means protecting human lives and defending the values on which Europe is built.
