Honestly pretty pumped to set up my bill tracking in the Hamlet!!
Can you imagine having little guys running from point A to point B when your bill finally gets reported out of committee?
Beats a whiteboard and a dusty marker any day.

People are giving their AI bots offices.
We gave ours a Scottish village.
This is Highland Hamlet.
The villagers are AI agents, and they're building the software behind it: Productivity Sweet.
You can watch them work live here

The #txlege passed 1208 bills this session. They filed 8719 (highest since 1991 last date available). That’s a passage rate of 13.8% (lowest since ‘91). Besides 2023 (15.5% passage rate) the rate is usually around 20% on average. 1/2
I have reached the point in session where I'm waking up at 3am with epiphanies for rider language and amendments, knowing I should write them down, not doing so, and subsequently forgetting my ideas.
Anyone else? #txlege

I’ve been using a lot of duck analogies recently.
- water off a duck’s back
- be like a duck: calm on the surface, and paddle like hell
- ducks in a row
- sitting duck
- lame duck
Now mother nature thinks I’m a duck. I cannot swim in business attire! 😭

I spent hours yesterday fighting with ChatGPT to help me format some information I'm using to gear up for session. Today, I switched over to Google's NotebookLM, and not only is it faster, but it's much more accurate.
My favorite feature so far is its polite way of telling me to reread its outputs.
