The Palestine flag will fly above Sheffield Town Hall on 29th November in “solidarity”. An Israeli flag did not fly on 7th October. Fran Belbin the @UKLabour @SheffLabour council leader is committed to this divisive act she says. Belbin has meanwhile declared she will not continue a coalition with Sheffield Green Party over their anti-Semitic motion. The hypocrisy of Belbin is not hidden. Jews should not have to tolerate such an open display of biased political support by Sheffield councillors. This divisive flag must not fly.

"One possible reason for the fact that unions have been so ineffective in addressing women’s concerns and defending the rights of female members is offered by the government’s most recent statistics on union membership. This reveals that higher earners and higher educated employees are both more likely to be trade union members. As mentioned above, gender ideology has taken far greater hold in elite institutions and professions, which have then sought to impose it downwards. Union leaders these days appear to have abandoned their historic role as defenders of the working class, in favour of defending their own luxury beliefs." Thank you for recognising this @jk_rowling we want to fill the gap

Navy Lookout now reporting MoD has confirmed additional vessels under consideration are not to replace River Batch 1s. Instead, will likely be for MROSS-2 and to support Atlantic Bastion uncrewed platforms.
The UK is now looking at increasing the order of Vanguard vessels procured from 3 to 6 to replace the Batch 1 OPVs due to retire next year. "Ocean going variant" could begin entering service by 2030, with interest from Norway, UK and Lithuania. (Src: nordicdefencesector.com/en/a…)

Each week we are treated to another poll that asks the British public if they want to join a fictional EU, just to get the result they are looking for. As soon as you ask about the real EU, the majority always wants to stay out. Our land. Our laws. Stop the Rejoin.

If you're not already aware, Great British PAC have essentially been behind all of the wins against the Chagos betrayal - and are the reason we still have a battle to fight. They're fighting the Brexit betrayal too, and deserve your support. So please do follow and repost them!

Michéal Martin to Sinn Féin today: "I won't take lectures from you, a party that once supported Nazism in WW2. Sinn Féin leaders colluded with the Hitler regime, and Sean Russell was the key person, and your party leader, Mary Lou McDonald, unveiled a statue to Sean Russell".

🇫🇷 Apple blocked iPhones stolen by looters in France. Screens displayed: “Device deactivated and tracked” Insured losses from the recent riots and looting are projected to reach up to €1.2 billion, with 3,000 storefronts vandalized or looted. If losses hit that ceiling, it will become the most expensive civil unrest event in mainland French history.

Jonathan Powell’s position as National Security Adviser is untenable. His repeated meetings with the CCP were disclosed not by the British Government, but by Chinese Communist Party read outs, and serious questions remain over his role in the collapsed China spy case. He is responsible for the Government’s disastrous Chagos negotiations and still advocates giving away billions in taxpayer money to surrender a British territory. He has refused to appear before many Parliamentary committees. Now, concerning material shared publicly by his wife raises further questions about his judgement and sharing access to sensitive information. If he were a Minister, he would have to appear in front of Parliament to answer for these glaring concerns. Instead, the man running our foreign policy and national security refuses any scrutiny. telegraph.co.uk/politics/202…
The National Security Advisor’s wife’s tweets have raised serious questions about the handling of sensitive national security information, and the process of approving proscriptions. Is Jonathan Powell's position still tenable? I’ve written to the Prime Minister for answers.

Now the National Security Advisor’s wife is on camera saying her husband sharing information related to the Official Secrets Act is a “matter of loyalty”. It’s not - it’s a matter of law.

A new IPPR report says we should stop publishing school performance measures. I thought it was weird for the IPPR to endorse an obviously destructive idea. But, oh look, the report is funded by a trade union sock puppet. Shame on IPPR for taking the shilling from the wreckers.
