Finally. Labour spent 2 years faffing about to make a decision which Conservatives had already approved 2 years ago.
If they’d done this in the summer we’d have had that gas heating British homes this Christmas.
An unnecessary waste of time and money by a party that puts its own interest above the country’s.

In December 1942, ten British Royal Marines set out to attack a heavily defended German port in occupied France.
They had no warships, no aircraft and no army behind them. Just five tiny canoes, a handful of explosives and a mission that required them to paddle through enemy waters at night.
They reached Bordeaux and struck German shipping. But of the ten men who set out, only two would return home.

One year ago today the Darlington nurses were front page news heading into a three-week employment tribunal with the NHS. The Trust went on to spend £1.2 million defending an unlawful policy that allowed men who merely identify as women into female staff changing rooms.
A year later and the NHS has now published guidance putting biological sex at the heart of policies governing hospital staff facilities.
A victory for women, girls and men who believe in the law, truth, justice and basic dignity.

Middlesbrough is ranked the worst place in Britain for a child to grow up.
This is precisely where Bridget Phillipson & the Government blocked a new Eton/Star-backed sixth form college, which would have lifted aspirations & created opportunities for many young people.
There were never any winners from this decision, except those who have an interest in protecting the status quo for children growing up in Middlesbrough.
Many young people have lost out here & elsewhere, with escape routes cruelly sealed off to them.
Choice & aspiration should be spread to every corner of the country, whoever you are & whatever your background.

This was a potentially life-changing opportunity for deprived children in Middlesbrough. Labour decided to torpedo that opportunity.
There are no winners from this decision - only children losing out to socialist ideology. 🥀
