This is not at all a criticism, but I’ve been saying since the pandemic that major news outlets need to relocate, a portion of staff to middle America (not at all sure how that would work). Having it all in bubbles on the coasts can create unintended (hopefully) group think/broadcast and tone deafness to the majority of the country. This could be said for a variety of issues.

Valuation is a weak timing tool in the short term (stocks can get cheap and stay cheap, or get expensive and stay expensive), but looking out 1 year+, valuations have better predictive power for returns.
