Brilliant diagram from Dr Juliet Young. If you work with young people, the stress bucket can be a helpful way to help them identify and manage stress.
ALT Stress bucket illustration. Stressful events fill up our bucket. E.g. too much work. Stress spills out if our bucket gets full e.g. snapping at our loved ones. We have to find ways to release stress. e.g. Hobbies. Bucket size varies from person to person.
