Great result at the netball competition 🎉🏐
3rd out of 12 teams 🥉👏
With the only all-girls team—and just 1 goal off 1st & 2nd in both matches! A huge achievement and a fantastic performance! 🏆🙌
All friends playing together & having fun! What sport’s all about! @RiddingsJnr
Thank you to all concerned for supporting @RiddingsJnr basketball team with this wonderful experience.
@embarkfed
Huge thanks to @Ambervalleyssp & @DCCTSuperSchool for organising this fantastic event, and to @SwanwickHall for the mini bus, helping our team get there – we really appreciate it! 🚍🏀

🏸 Racket Skills Festival
Our Year 3/4 and Year 5/6 pupils took part in a Racket Skills Festival this week. Pupils enjoyed developing racket skills and finished by playing a series of friendly games with other local schools.
A fantastic experience for everyone involved! 👏

@embarkfed @RiddingsJnr @eaton_rjs L+L wanted to go for a walk last weekend! Definitely away with nature! 🥴😫😳🙃
The first of many we hope!
A wonderful opportunity for our current team to play against many of our previous pupils and to experience @SwanwickHall's facilities.
Thank you for organising, Mr W, -they're definitely up for similar events in the future!
@embarkfed
Today marked our first ever basketball fixture with our local secondary school @SwanwickHall 🏀
Our Year 5 & 6 pupils had a great time and it was fantastic to see so many former pupils playing too! 😊
A wonderful celebration of sport and community! @RiddingsJnr @Ambervalleyssp
An excellent read and an ethos that feels familiar.
Culture matters. @RiddingsSENCO and @embarkfed
The people shouting loudest about inclusion aren’t the ones doing it. This blog is for those who are.

It looks fantastic!
There were some excited parents at hometime looking forward to the show tonight!
Thank you to all those volunteering their own time to ensure events like this can happen!

Support Your Child’s Emotional Wellbeing 🧠
We’re hosting an online workshop for parents and carers to explore the "why" behind emotional regulation. Learn to see past the surface and understand how children express their underlying needs.

A lovely little example of using colourful semantics in writing this week. So proud of my boost group! 🌟🌟🌟

Unfortunately, @RiddingsJnr is closed today due to the snow that has fallen and is still coming down quite heavily here ❄️
Please stay safe and share any pics of fun in the snow!

It may have taken a while to grit the playgrounds @RiddingsJnr today but @TownsendRJS1 and @eaton_rjs thoroughly enjoyed their active lunchtime 🌞❄️

A couple more moments from Mr C's last day @RiddingsJnr.
The glamour of the HT role, a joyful moment in assembly, something to remember us by, and a snippet of the song that nearly made us all wobble 😢 💕
@embarkfed
We suspect today may be quite emotional @RiddingsJnr as we say goodbye to Mr C after 12 years but it started wonderfully with visits from ex-parents and ex-pupils.
There were also a few strange characters here and there!
@embarkfed
Can the real Mr C stand up, please?
What a sight to greet him at the start of our final assembly of the year and our last one with Mr C!

We suspect today @RiddingsJnr might be emotional as we say goodbye to Mr C.
Starting off with visits from past parents and children was lovely though.
We also had a few unexpected visitors bidding him a very fond farewell too 🤗

We finished off our Shape unit today with making Christmas baubles using a range of 3D nets. J & M decided to turn them into fashion accessories using the scrap paper! Looking fabulous ⛄️
