“The only thing workers have to bargain with is their skill or their labor. Denied the right to withhold it as a last resort, they become powerless. A strike is therefore not a breakdown of collective bargaining-it is the indispensable cornerstone of that process.” ~ Paul Clark

This situation yote haikuwa about SHA, but about extreme prematurity for the newborns. At 25 weeks of pregnancy, the fetal organs are premature to survive outside the womb. Making it about SHA you're missing out on the whole point.
You're already foolish, God can't punish you twice.

When I called it disunited opposition, some of you almost killed me!
Kisii Senator Richard Onyonka has said the Linda Mwananchi movement will continue its activities even if Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna is no longer part of the political outfit, amid what he described as attempts to infiltrate its ranks and compromise some of its members. Speaking during a radio breakfast show on Thursday, September 17, 2026, Onyonka said the movement had attracted young and determined members who, he argued, were not participating because of political favours. You are a scam, @KeForestService put a clear communication on this matter, but you choose to whip emotions of your lazy followers because you know that they will not bother to know the truth.Let Muthaiga club regularize the ownership of ship out!!Leases expire
Patriotic Kenyans, Members of Muthaiga Golf Club have woken me up at night, informing me that Mr. William Ruto, using the Kenya Forest Service, is planning to grab Muthaiga Golf Course after grabbing several parcels of land in the neighboring Kiambu County. I sympathize with them; just like the 55 million Kenyans, the Kenyan great grabber is on their case! Members were shocked when senior KFS officers turned up at the club with killer dogs and declared part of the golf course as being in Karura Forest. William Ruto must know that Muthaiga Golf Club has been in existence since before independence, before he was born. Now that he has suddenly become too clever, we need to take him back to history a little. Mr. William, the colonial Governor never touched Muthaiga. President Jomo Kenyatta never touched the club. President Daniel arap Moi, despite having publicly expressed disdain for the game of golf, never touched any golf club in the country, let alone Muthaiga. President Mwai Kibaki, whose legacy you are working day and night to destroy, played golf at Muthaiga before he was President and frequently visited it as President. Your predecessor, whom you have now declared your opponent and bogeyman, H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta, respected all golf courses in the country, including Muthaiga. Your appetite for land has now surpassed public land; you have now turned to private land. We shall do everything possible to stop you from grabbing Muthaiga Golf Club and other public and private land in the country. For the senior officials of KFS being used by Mr. Ruto to grab Muthaiga Golf Club, be put on notice that action will be taken against you next year when Kenyans get rid of Mr. William Ruto at the ballot on 10th August 2027. We are adequately aware that Mr. William Ruto and his immediate nuclear family are particularly running almost all national parks and game reserves in Kenya. All their intentions are well known. Mr. President, we are 55 million Kenyans; your provocation is running into an elastic limit. If you listened to the ground, which you don't, you would know that you are functionally on the wavelength of a shameful defeat. You know who Kenyans are, don't you? I want to assure all members of Muthaiga Golf Club that we shall not allow Mr. William Ruto to grab their land. The same assurance goes to all golfers in the country whose golf courses I have been informed are being targeted for grabbing. But, over and above all, Mr. William Ruto, do you recall the Parable of the Rich Fool as is in Luke 12:13–21? How much is enough, Mr. William Ruto? Please give Kenyans some breathing space!

Babu is a good man,I hope residents of Embakasi East will re elect him even as langata elects @Davji .These two will do a good job keep Ruto in check for the second term! I keep on saying that all we need is a STRONG LEGISLATURE FOR THE EXECUTIVE TO DELIVER ON UTS PROMISES AND TO REMAIN ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS!!
For some of us, life doesn't just move on after rallies. Tonight @HEBabuOwino has visited the three families who lost their loved ones after our Nairobi Linda Mwananchi rally. On behalf of the Linda Mwananchi family and H.E Edwin Watenya Sifuna, he stood with the bereaved families, offered our condolences and extended our support and solidarity during this difficult time. In moments of grief, we show up. We stand with the families. We mourn with them. And we will continue to demand dignity, truth and justice for those we have lost. May God comfort every family walking through this pain. Linda Mwananchi stands with you. 🇰🇪 #LindaMwananchi #SisiNdioSifuna

LAIKIPIA NEVER LEARNS: HOW NDERITU MURIITHI'S TOYOTA LEASE LEFT US IN A HOLE By Mwangi Hussein When Nderitu Muriithi was Governor of Laikipia, he signed one of the most reckless deals this county has ever seen. A 5-year leasing contract with Toyota Kenya for 20 Double Cabs at Ksh 17,000 per day each, and a First Lady V8 at Ksh 42,000 per day. Tax money. Our money. Let us do the math that the county never explained. For 20 Double Cabs: 20 x 17,000 = Ksh 340,000 per day. For the First Lady V8: Ksh 42,000 per day. Total loss per day = Ksh 382,000. In one week, we were losing Ksh 2.6 Million. In one month, Ksh 11.4 Million. In one year: 382,000 x 365 = Ksh 139,430,000. Ksh 139.4 Million every year for cars we would never own. Cars that go back to Toyota. And this was not a one-year deal. It was a 5-year contract. Total cost over 5 years: *Ksh 697,150,000. Ksh 697 Million for rented cars. Now ask yourself, if we were paying that much to lease, how many cars would we have bought outright if we used the same amount? A brand new Toyota Hilux Double Cab costs between Ksh 6.5 Million to 7.5 Million. With the Ksh 124.1 Million we were paying per year just for the 20 double cabs alone, we would have bought 17 to 19 brand new double cabs every year. In cash. With logbooks in the county's name. With the total Ksh 139.4 Million including the V8, we would have bought 18 to 21 brand new vehicles every year. Over the 5-year contract, Laikipia would have bought over 90 to 100 brand new double cabs. Instead, we were left with zero vehicles and a deep financial hole. But the leasing was just one part of the extravagance. Nderitu Muriithi became the first Governor in Kenya to create a First Lady Office with its own budget, its own staff, and its own V8. While Laikipians were queuing for bursaries in Rumuruti and Nanyuki, the First Lady Office was operating from Nairobi, at Kencom House. A Laikipia office in Nairobi. From that office, many tenders and contracts were controlled, awarded and directed. Suppliers knew where to go. If you wanted a contract in Laikipia, you had to pass through Nairobi. How do you explain a county government operating from Kencom while Laikipia hospitals had no drugs? How do you explain a First Lady with a budget bigger than some departments, with a V8 costing Ksh 42,000 per day, when ECDE children were sitting on the floor? This is why Laikipia never learns. Muriithi left this county in a deep hole of pending bills and leasing debts. The contract was so bad that when Governor Joshua Irungu took over, he had to terminate it immediately to save the county from bleeding. That tells you how toxic it was. And now the worst part. Laikipia has forgotten. We have forgotten the 5-year Ksh 697 Million lease. We have forgotten the Kencom office. We have forgotten the pending bills. And now some people want to bring back this same man, Nderitu Muriithi. The man many Laikipians now call a serial conman for how he conned the county with leased wealth and Nairobi tenders. He conned us with shiny rented cars while our county was broke. He conned us with a First Lady government in Nairobi while Laikipia was suffering. If we bring him back, we are not victims, we are volunteers. He made Laikipia look rich with new cars parked outside county offices, but they were rented cars. It was fake wealth on hire purchase, managed from Nairobi. I say this as a voter who feels guilty. I voted for the current county government thinking we had learned. But we are repeating the same mistake of style over substance, PR over service delivery. My vote this time is clear. I will vote for Mwalimu Kuria. Whether he goes home or gets elected, I will vote my conscience. I don't want to feel guilty again like I felt electing the current county government and like we felt after Muriithi's leasing disaster. THE NORTH REMEMBERS!!

Another one took 1.5million paid to a widow who lost her only child in an RTA.Good Lawyers must call out the bad ones!
Lawyers on the timeline, I need your guidance on a case that is deeply troubling. A woman who lost her lower leg in a road accident was awarded KSh 3 million by the Court. But the claimant was never told that judgment had been delivered. Instead, her lawyer told her that the insurance company had been dissolved and was therefore unable to pay. When her husband told me about the alleged dissolution, I became suspicious that something wasn’t adding up. We have now established that the insurer actually paid the KSh3 million in May last year yet that money never reached the claimant. The claimant is unable to read and has been entirely dependent on her advocate to understand what was happening in her case but the advocate has played her dirty. Lawyers, what is the proper next step here? I would particularly appreciate guidance on how she can recover the money and protect her rights.
