Look I know people think ASMR is ✨weird✨ but it’s honestly the only thing that helps me fall asleep AND calms me down from nightmares that wake me up at 4am this quarantine season. I recommend seeing if any specific triggers do it for you cause it’s 💯

On a similar note, I just discovered that heating pads are helpful because they relax my muscles that are literally like this all day every day
