I have come across some Islamic scholars here criticizing Hausa rulers for practising divination and sorcery. It is important to understand that the jihadists invented these accusations to discredit them. I can open any page of Bello’s book, Infaqul Maisur, and extract five examples of divination and occult practices from it. The truth is that Islam had been present in Hausaland for 700 years before Dan Fodio.”

She is very lucky sha … very lucky
A Nigerian lady was just arrested by NDLEA officers at the airport after a keg of palm oil she was given to deliver to someone in Saudi Arabia was allegedly found to contain illicit drugs.
The lady reportedly received the keg from someone who asked her to deliver it to another person in Saudi Arabia, unaware that it was allegedly being used to conceal drugs.

This is what happens when you refuse to call out these terrorist bandit’s tribe. You used Islam to shield them, claiming they had been wronged by some Hausas in the past. You initiated dialogue with them and even offered them support. Now, mainstream media outlets are portraying kidnapped Hausa-Muslims as Christians and claiming that they are being forced to accept Islam, while simultaneously promoting the false narrative of a Christian genocide.
These are Fulani informants. In many cases, the families of these terrorists, including those involved in the tallan nono business, are said to know what their relatives are involved in, yet some remain silent, and others are even supplying weapons and ammunition.
In Hausa communities, informants who are exposed often face immediate execution by local people or Yan Sakai. On the other hand, informants who are linked to Fulani terrorist networks continue to emerge and are shielded by the same Fulani’s.
Before you hear about the arrest of a Hausa informant, you’ll likely hear reports of multiple Fulani informants being apprehended. You can confirm this by visiting the station, court, or prison.
Hausawa bama taaddanchi kuma bamu gada ba.
Terrorism has ravaged Hausaland in the Northwest for over a decade, yet no major conferences or meetings were organised to address it with the urgency it deserves. But barely has Hausa Zallah risen, then meetings have suddenly become necessary.
Our voices are being heard. Our movement is making an impact, and we will not be silenced or distracted.
Hausa Zallah, no going back. Our identity, our homeland, our future!
It was terrorism and oppression that gave rise to Hausa Zallah, yet to this day, no lecture has been organised on terrorism. Instead, all the lectures focus on tribalism. Among these scholars, some even believe that terrorists like Turji are the ones being oppressed.

A journey of a lifetime starts with one step. In sha Allah we will live to reclaim our land, destiny & our history past to overwhelm library shelves around the world with true account of our fallen kingdoms destroyed unjustly, lied against as infidels when in fact were scholars!
Since 26 August, when the Hausa Zalla Movement united its supporters under one voice.
Clerics, emirs, and their political allies have allegedly intensified efforts to weaken the movement through repeated lectures.
Yet, to their dismay, the movement continues to spread like wildfire, winning over even those who once opposed it.
The growing movement reflects a fear that Hausa people may finally take control of their votes and demand genuine representation.

I have read this Book. I have it, after reading it, if you still believe the Jihad was a purely religious reform with no ulterior motive for power, then I'll say welcome to lalaland.
THE GOBIR FACTOR
What if the story you were taught began at the wrong ending?
For two centuries, the history of the Rima Basin has been told by the victors. Gobir was cast as the tyrant, the obstacle, the villain who had to fall so that a new order could rise. But who wrote that verdict? And who benefited from it?
Before 1808, Gobir was no footnote. It was a military power, a political engine, and a force that shaped the rivers, markets, loyalties and fears of Hausaland. Its rulers built a state strong enough to be the center of events, and strong enough to be remembered as an enemy.
This book reopens the case. It follows Gobir from c. 1650 to the eve of the jihad, and asks what was truly at stake. Was this a clash of faith or of power? Was it reform or conquest? Were the "oppressed" and the "oppressors" who we were told they were? And what did the winners need us to forget?
Uncomfortable, rigorous and unflinching, The Gobir Factor challenges the comfortable myths on which identities, legacies and political memory still rest.
Read it, and decide who has been telling you the story all along.

We, the Hausa Zalla, will organize lectures on the following topics:
1. The dangers of Fulani banditry and terrorism to peace and security in Nigeria.
2. The dangers of scholars excusing terrorists by claiming they have been oppressed, and the threat this poses to peace and security in Nigeria.
3. The dangers of negotiating peace deals with Fulani bandits to peace and security in Nigeria.
4. The dangers of Fulani organizations to peace and security in Nigeria.
5. The dangers of some Fulani denying the existence of the Hausa people to peace and security in Nigeria.
6. The dangers of failing to end the violence against the Hausa people and improve their living conditions to peace and security in Nigeria.
7. The dangers of distorting Hausa history to peace and security in Nigeria.
8. The dangers of some scholars claiming that the government cannot defeat terrorists, and the threat this poses to peace and security in Nigeria.
9. The dangers of scholars obstructing authorities from investigating individuals suspected of crimes under the pretext of religion, and the threat this poses to peace and security in Nigeria.
10. The dangers of arresting and intimidating Hausa Zalla activists, using Bichia and other activists as examples, and how such actions can strengthen our resolve, unite more people, and expand the movement rather than silence or discourage us.
They’ve never united against insecurity, but suddenly they’re all about tribalism.

Good to see.
However, I'd have preferred him going for Kebbi governorship. It's more realistic and would build a stronger base for future aspirations.
Dr. Gbenga Hashim is our Hausa presidential candidate for 2027.
Hausawa, see how a brother cares for his own! At the end of the day, your own is your own. We deserve dignity, respect, and our fair share of Nigeria’s political cake.
He earned my support because he showed compassion when others were comfortable watching Hausawa being humiliated.
