In the entire history of the American presidency, it would be almost impossible to identify a more destructive and divisive individual than @barackobama. I recall seeing him on Charlie Rose's show in 2004 and predicting that he'd become president because of the idiocy of so many members of the electorate. "I voted for the black guy. I'm so enlightened and progressive. I don't care that he is an enemy of our foundational principles."
It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country. Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case. Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve. In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota. The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

Iran’s FM cheers on unrest in France. A regime that executes protesters at home and exports terror abroad is now lecturing Paris on “freedom of assembly.” No one has forgotten the thousands of its own citizens that the Iranian regime massacred in January, or the oppression, violence and executions that continue to this day.
Mr. Macron made his bed when he assured POTUS that he welcomes atrocities against Iranians. Too late to blame the war his ilk helped cause. The French people demand wholesale change, including freedom of assembly. Listen to the future of France, Mr. President.

Globalize the Intifada. Apparently folks were cool with the slogan because they thought it just meant their Jewish neighbors would be targeted. They were wrong.
Entire businesses are being destroyed in France. All that is left behind are the words “Free Palestine.”

Another New York Times classic. He's big mad that business school grads "abandon their altruistic intentions." Oh noes! They want to make money. Good Lord we need to purge academia of leftist trash. | I Teach at a Business School. It’s Time to Shut Them Down. nytimes.com/2026/10/18/opini…

Which part of immediately empathizing with the terrorist who tried to murder dozens of Jewish preschoolers in Michigan is his position on Israel?
Like El-Sayed’s positions on Israel, don’t like El-Sayed’s position on Israel. But don’t kid yourselves. With democracy on the line, Democrats abstaining in the Senate race is not “an act of dignity”—it’s an act of sabotage.

If not for the Orange Man France would not be broke. French President Emmanuel Macron has linked France’s cost-of-living anger and fuel-price pain to the conflict in the Persian Gulf, saying his country did not take part in the war but is now suffering its consequences. timesofindia.indiatimes.com/…

Islam is not compatible with human life.
Oui, l'islam est compatible avec la République, je l'ai dit dix fois. En revanche, ceux qui cherchent à imposer la charia en France me trouveront sur leur chemin. Les musulmans, eux, n'ont aucune raison de s'inquiéter.

In 1989 the Greatest Generation had 7.6x the median wealth of young Boomers. The gap has widened since, mostly from stock gains. Back then Boomers were the broke kids. Old people out-owning young people isn’t a scandal but the way you all pit us against each other is. fraser.stlouisfed.org/files/…

That's not even close to what's happening in France & Macron knows that. He's still lying to the public to keep the student protest narrative going when in reality they're being conquered by muslims. That is the truth and he doesn't want that to get out to the world but the world's not stupid, we see it.

With the Slotkin comments fresh in everyone's mind, it's worth revisiting what Susan Rice warned about should Democrats take power. They've been very open about what they want to do. Rice promised in February that Democrats will punish people, companies and institutions who have “taken a knee to Trump.” “It’s not going to end well for them." “If these corporations think that the Democrats, when they come back in power, are going to play by the old rules…they’ve got another thing coming." “There will be an accountability agenda." “This is not going to be an instance of forgive and forget." So anyone that dared to be affiliated with the Trump admin will be targeted for political and legal reprisals, per Rice. They haven't hidden their plans.

That’s not enough. We should cut more. People should pay for their own healthcare. And the government should get out of the healthcare business so we don’t have the Obamacare system that is absolutely screwed up – just as we warned it would be.
$1 trillion. That's the Medicaid cut Trump signed into law, and it's coming for Americans' health care. Families already struggle to afford groceries, rent, and gas under his economy. Losing their coverage will devastate them. Stopping it is priority #1.
