Started a KH1 play-through with my kids. Wonderland, Deep Jungle, and Atlantica all annoyed them because it was “boring” watching me navigate
Mind you. They’re under 6 years old.
People don’t want to engage above a six year olds attention span
I’m really REALLY curious on the BOM cost of mechanical vs electrical windows + whatever ED&T is required. Like is it legitimate or was it an exceptionally interesting marketing technique

I interact with 1 attack on titan post and my entire for your feed is entirely just “the ending was bad” and “the ending was good” content.
Get a life people
Millennials don’t want to jump on a call. We just want to get something done and realized begrudgingly that phone calls and vocal collaboration are actually effective

The crazy thing about Pokemon cards is that it doesn’t seem like anyone actually plays the game. I never see anyone talking about sick decks or tournaments or theorycrafting. Just about flipping the product or cracking packs and encasing the chase cards in slabs.

Pretty interesting Forbes interview with RJ Scaringe.
A few things stood out to me:
Rivian isn’t trying to become “another Tesla.”
RJ’s strategy seems pretty clear:
• R1 built the brand
• R2 expands the customer base
• Software and autonomy become bigger parts of the story over time
• Rivian keeps its own identity around adventure, SUVs and trucks
He also makes a good point that the EV market still needs more variety — more price points, more body styles, and more products people actually want.
That’s where R2 really matters.
My take: Tesla doesn’t need to lose for Rivian to win.
The U.S. EV market is big enough for another major player, and I think Rivian is slowly building a very different path to get there.

The knockoff Q7 is now a knockoff Mazda that’s too busy
In like two hours I’ll see @Shenk36 saying that a normal glizzy is a breakfast food

You're telling me that government censorship didn't stop at the things we thought were icky and is now steamrolling everything? Wow, I can't believe this, if only someone had been telling us this the whole time
so the government is planning MANDATORY CHANGES to how content is discovered on YouTube in the UK.
- they want YouTube to prioritise mainstream broadcasters like BBC, ITV and Channel 4 over user created content with a 'prominence regime'
this is absolutely insane and is going to severely affect everyone british youtuber should this go through. YouTube have started a campaign to fight this, but we need your help to ensure this doesn't go through like this, since this could RUIN the site
The Slate conversation is just demonstrating the same thing the Alibaba wheel conversation demonstrated about consumers

So apparently there’s another (2019) Suburban account on here that’s NOT me and is posting extremely bad content on here, I’m not gonna show the tweet I saw for obvious reasons but it’s not good at all and that account should be reported and hopefully suspended very quickly
Why would manufacturers want to sell directly really? EVs are one thing because the dealers don’t really want to sell. Aside though the manufacturers have it good with dealers.
This is a prevalent thing in tires.
There’s alot of infrastructure and intentional planning that goes into simulation being useful when compared to the cost (and time) of just making the tires
Groups like GM Motorsport’s Tire Team led by Heather Bobbitt push those boundaries
Replying to @faraz_r_khan
we we figured it wasn’t worth the time to try to run simulations on something like this when we could literally just throw it in the car and run it till it breaks
We got the same failure mode basically every time after about 20 hours of race time,
In this application, I really didn’t care for the 3-D printed solution. It looks cool, but I think that there were better places to save weight in this application personally
It was so cool to do very fun to see it working
