It enables isotropic, subcellular resolution over large field of views and is compatible with all clearing techniques (n=1.33-1.559). We use ctASLM to image mouse brains, kidneys and bone marrow. Image shows stem cell niche.
We do publicly talk about our blind option and PSFs - blind starts with either an empirical user-provided PSF or theoretical Born-Wolf(scalar) or Richards-Wolf(vectorial) model, then proceeds in an unconstrained simultaneous update.
