$SPY $SPX SPY with a bear gap open and the sentiment on the Wall Street going cautious or fear on the high borrowing to build out the infrastructure stocks has rattled most AI names this week. Anything remotely associated with AI got hit hard along with these stocks and QQQ leading the market lower. Bulls have lost steam currently and tapping on a big level on Friday but holding it the last 15 mins with a bounce. I would have imagined that with OPEX and VIX well over 20 now. Once the trendline breaks 760 level remains the last line in the sand for the bulls and bears get back in the driving seat before the mid term elections with lower targets at 754 and 743 below. Currently the bulls have to fill the bear gap and break through the upper trendline to regain momentum which is not hard in the high $VIX environment we are in. Remember though the longer the bear gaps remain open the hard the resistance they become.
