The reason why my driver loves P4 🫂 (I hate this engine, I hate these regs (ㆆ_ㆆ) I miss us being on pole.)

What he said
charles on the situation with lewis: "i haven't had the chance to follow everything that's happened in the media. however, i wanted to clarify my relationship with him and with ferrari. i think it's always necessary to have a discussion, but ultimately i don't think it's worth continuing to talk about it for so long. we've been talking about it for many days now, and i've spoken to him. the most important thing for me was to clarify things. i gave him my opinion, he gave me his. we don't always have to agree on everything, but i think it's also important to close this chapter"

Charles to Sky IT: “It was a qualifying session that was much more positive than the result we achieved. I'm not satisfied with the result, but I think this was one of those sessions where I learned a lot, and where we learned a lot as a team. Knowing that we had a 10-place grid penalty, I decided to be much more aggressive in terms of the directions I explored during qualifying, with the front wing, with other things, and with the tools on the steering wheel. I think it was an experiment that will pay off, because I've been at Ferrari for nine years now, and to be honest, I've never had the same feeling in the wet that I used to have in the junior categories. The wet has always been my strong point, but at Ferrari I've always struggled, and that's something we still need to figure out. However, I think today was positive because we tried so many things, and at certain points during qualifying, in conditions where I usually have absolutely no feeling with this car, I actually had a very good feeling. The feeling was really good, but in Q3, as we continued experimenting, we ended up on the wrong side of things. It was a session where we had a lot of performance at certain points, and much less at others, especially on the intermediates towards the end. But honestly, it was a good session. We tried a lot of different things. We knew we were going to take the penalty anyway, so we could afford to take a few more risks and experiment much more with the car, even coming into the pits during runs. Although there are parc fermé restrictions and we can't change too many things, there are still certain adjustments we can make, and they allowed us to understand a lot of things today. So, it was a positive session. Lewis? I think it's always important to have a discussion, but ultimately, I don't think there's any point in continuing to talk about it for so long. We've already been talking about it for so many days. Lewis and I have spoken, and for me, that's really the most important thing: clearing the air. I told Lewis what I thought, and he told me what he thought. We don't always have to agree, but I also think it's important to put this chapter behind us.” #F1 #BrazilGP 🇧🇷

Maturity, elegance, tolerance, class 👏 said a lot without saying much.
Question: With the happy event you experienced at the beginning of the week, congratulations, by the way, you haven't yet had the opportunity to talk about the discussion you had with Lewis and Fred. What can you tell us about it following the incidents in Mexico? Charles: “Very honestly, as you said, it's true that my week has been... it was a dream week, of course not from a professional point of view 😂, but in moments like these, your personal life and the fact that my wife and I have become parents for the first time is something exceptional. So that's really the emotion from this week. After that, the discussion had to happen, that's clear, and we had it. I think we talked things through, we both said what we thought, and it brought a lot of calm to the situation. As for moving forward, that discussion was certainly clear. I don't want to go into any more detail than that, and I don't particularly want to reignite something that has already dragged on for far, far too long.” #F1 #BrazilGP 🇧🇷

Some people will never understand just how smart and clever Charles is. He knows exactly how to stand his ground and get his point across in his own way. ( - ᴗ •́ )

Yep, those conditions were tricky, and we were taking the penalty anyway, so I'm glad the team used the opportunity to understand the car, especially with rain possible tomorrow. We can still fight our way to the front, let's not lose hope. Impress us, Charles(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و

So, it was a positive session. Obviously, the result is not satisfactory at all. We're not happy with fourth place, but I think we've always had a very tricky car to drive in the wet, and I think there are a few things we've understood today.” #F1 #BrazilGP 🇧🇷

Okay, the most random qualifying ever It was honestly so fun to watch (I missed this kind of quali), and Charles P4 in those conditions is pretty good for us! It's definitely better than the championship-order rule, which would've put us P14+.

I'm sorry Ferrari, I must not have been specific enough. INTERS OR FULL WETS, HELLO YOU SAW THAT AND SAID YEAH, INTERS???? T_T
Dear Ferrari, I must say this because I still have trauma from the previous race: If the track is wet, we put INTERS. I repeat, INTERS. Please and thank you🌹 @ScuderiaFerrari

Okay, getting myself back together. (ᵕ—ᴗ—) We're clearly better than yesterday, and the setup changes did show improvements. Still, there's a lot to fix: the brake issue (AGAIN), understeer that required 13 clicks to address, and we're still painfully slow in Sector 3.+

The engine that blew is the new one, as far as I'm concerned, so they better investigate what caused it. Still work to do, and I'm not optimistic. We'll go backwards anyway, but it's better to start closer to the front than further away from it. ( ̄ー ̄)

How I'm feeling rn
📻 Bryan : « Verstappen P1 11.6. You did 11.89. » 📻 Charles : « We are nowhere. A very, very, very poor feeling. Crazy poor feeling. I know it’s only two tenths, but it feels like we’re a second and a half off. Horrible. » #F1 #BrazilGP

It was the right call, honestly. Better to take the penalty here than in Vegas, where the long straights would make things harder with an engine deficit. The lap is shorter here, and he has a better chance of making up positions through overtaking ( ̄▽ ̄) nod nod*
🚨 BREAKING: 10-PLACE GRID PENALTY FOR CHARLES. HE’S CHANGING HIS PU THIS WEEKEND. LEWIS HAMILTON TOO! #F1 #BrazilGP 🇧🇷
