This right here was, for me, the most inspiring moment of self-reflection. It stopped me in my tracks and made me think about how good our Lord Jesus Christ is and how beautiful and powerful life is when you live through Him.
Let’s be clear: he was not prompted, led, or even asked to explain how he accomplished it. His first words were to proclaim that our Lord Jesus Christ was the One who made it possible, not as a rehearsed response or a passing statement, but as the expression of his conviction, rooted in a faith he truly lives. He did not merely speak those words; he embodied them, giving Him all the glory. That spontaneous proclamation is what made the moment so powerful, far beyond the fight itself.
I found myself longing for that same unwavering conviction, and in that moment, I realized how much work I still have to do in my own walk with Christ.
