Thank you SA for tuning in today to the @Star919FM show. Here’s how to pre-order a front row seat to my new feature film: geni.us/EchoesOfViolence watch the official trailer at : youtube.com/watch?v=2_0PjTtX… Love is representing my country on the global stage.

June Gloom...I was told this would last a few weeks, come June 15th we would be in the all clear...A year of winter between SA and LA...Hey there Mr. Blue we’re still waiting on you... #LA #summerlonging

“It’s not the nudity, it’s being open” such interesting food for thought, as an actor intimate scenes are the furthest thing from intimate, so many factors, the openness in what is usually a private space but when trust and intention meet magic is the result.

Leaders with purpose and intention which doesn’t simply align with the bottom line...Yes please and thank you! #SA #proudlysouthafrican #Leadership #inspire

My dad introduced me to the original, it’s where I learnt about forced perspective and composition, with a child’s understanding at least...I adore the Godzilla franchise and back the big guy all the way... Anyone else a die-hard Godzilla fiend?

Finally!!!! This was the cornerstone of my childhood and tickled my imagination into dreaming😍

Oppurtunity; it comes in many forms, something as simple as a change of attitude can shape all other outcomes for a day, be kind on yourself, do what you can with the now, as best you can and then do it again and again...Perserverance not perfection is key. #Inspiration #faith

On to new horizons and an even brighter future, God bless South Africa, may the next 5 years usher in prosperity for all 🇿🇦 #SouthAfrica #NationalElection #Election2019 #vote #yourvoiceyourvote

Rest In Peace Doris Day, for all that you have done for the craft, the industry, the art and for the ill-treated creatures of this world without a voice, we will ever be in your debt. #legend #philanthropist

Did some catching up, Infinity War down and I’m salivating over the final chapter, I love that narratives no longer safeguard the characters we presume to be untouchable, that even our most beloved heroins or hero’s may not be safe, it is real, it is raw and totally immersive.

Not only your civic right but your civic duty. VOTE people of South Africa. Don’t give away your power. Don’t give away your voice.

If you can land in the middle of the week and be as excited to start a Wednesday as you would be to start a Saturday, I would say that’s a fair indication that life is good, you are blessed, work is play and presence is sacred. Have a stunning #humpday all. #actress #film #tv

How to make a dream a reality, plan steps everyday, see them through, build towards goals or landmarks, check them off, establish a framework of achieved goals, before you know it, you’re living the dream and generating new ones... #dream #believe #havefaith #backyourself #actor

A happy and blessed EASTER to all, may God hold you in his loving hands all the days of your life, may this time stand for hope, for love but most importantly for kindness. #easter #love #hope #togetherness #family #praise

A new year of life and oppurtunity, all things come back to presence and gratitude for the now, the journey and quite literally smelling the flowers, in fields, along the tracks, in sleepy towns, trying not to get mowed down by trains. #birthday #newyear #presence #actor #model

We are our harshest critics and just like in performance, when judging ones character equals a disconnected performance, the same can be said in life. Align intention with personal perception and almost anything is achievable. #actor #bekindtoself #ThursdayMotivation #positivity

First things first... A saying I’ve heard since childhood and probably the best advice I’ve ever received. Life doesn’t wait, be it a dream, be it a commitment, be it an adventure or challenge, all we have is right now but that is enough...#mondaymotivation #bebold #liveinspired

“It is a fool's prerogative to utter truths that no one else will speak.” ~Neil Gaiman... Have courage in your convictions, speak your whole truth, not a shadow of it, own it... #writer #WednesdayMotivation #actor #film #tv #Entertainment #la #hollywood #truth

“Life is a transition from one form to another. The life of this world is the material for a new form.” Leo Tolstoy. Seasons shift from one to another, new life replaces the old, the cycle continues. To change is to adapt and reinvent in perpetuity, to change is to live, to grow.
