This is hugely important and cannot get lost. As Liz Cheney said, Jim Jordan was the congressman most involved with Trump’s plans to steal the election. Not only is he unfit to be Speaker, he should be expelled from the House, as I wrote in an @amprog report last April.

So either Musk acted unilaterally in a critical national security matter, or he did it at Trump's request and Trump is too much of a coward to own up to it. One or both of them have the blood of innocent Ukrainians on their hands. Utterly disgusting.

Either the President was lying or Musk was lying, but the decision to slow down satellite speed and access has life or death consequences for Ukraine.
This deserves a full investigation by the Senate. Elon Musk should be compelled to testify before Congress and under oath.
National security decisions should be made in our national security interests, and not based on the personal whim of an unstable executive.

I spoke with Daria and Alevtina Soboleva after Alevtina was kidnapped by ICE and detained for weeks despite having a pending asylum application and no criminal history.
My team helped locate her and worked to secure medical care while she was detained. During her detention, she was denied basic necessities, including access to a bathroom.
We need to abolish ICE and establish humanitarian standards in our immigration system.

The term “Shylock” is rooted in a longstanding antisemitic stereotype. Regardless of intent, its use can reinforce harmful tropes about Jews and normalize language that has long been used to target the Jewish community.
