Exactly what we should NOT be doing in this city.Built in 1871.A handkerchief factory,later housing for soldiers to protect nearby bridges in WW2.More famously it became UTV HQ from '59-'18.Another historic building wiped from the face of our Belfast heritage.Disgraceful planning
This is our epitaph for Havelock House.
