My future husband doesn't have to be Elon Musk, but I wouldn't mind if his family's net worth had a few extra zeros đ

Let's have this real talk todayâlast month I was still explaining to my folks why âjust get a jobâ wasnât the only move anymore.
Now Iâm getting paid in dollars from my phone in Nairobi, helping businesses with AI across Africa, US and Europe.
I learned most of these tools for free online.
The wildest part is that half the skills that are printing money right now didnât even exist when I was in school.
Most of us were taught to wait for opportunities!
Turns out the real ones show up when you just start building something small and share it.
Whatâs one skill or side thing youâve been quietly working on that nobody around you really gets yet?

Good morning, family.
Praying over each of you right now â that God blesses the paths youâre walking today, clears the way ahead, and hears every need youâre carrying, big or small. Heâs got you.
âAnd my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.â â Philippians 4:19
Have a peaceful and fruitful day. đ

Your value doesn't decrease based on someone's inability to see your worth. Keep shining anyway.

you donât have to turn your whole life around in one day.
give yourself time to learn, make mistakes, try again and figure things out as you go. Take the small steps. Celebrate the little wins. Rest when you need to without feeling like youâre falling behind.
some days, growth will look like making progress. Other days, it will look like refusing to give up on yourself.
stop rushing the person youâre becoming. Youâre allowed to grow at your own pace.
good morning. âď¸

Discomfort is the price of admission to a meaningful life. If you're never uncomfortable, you're never growing.

For 18 years, my father-in-law said I wasn't real family because I had married into it.
When he died, his will left everything to his two sons.
His eldest son got the company. His youngest got the holiday house.
My husband looked embarrassed when the lawyer confirmed I had inherited nothing.
Then the lawyer opened a second envelope.
âThis document was signed privately three months ago,â he said.
My husband's smile disappeared when he read the first line.

My car broke down on a dark road at midnight.
A young mechanic stopped, fixed it in an hour, and wouldn't take a single shilling.
He said, "Just help someone else one day."
Two years later he walked into my bank to ask for a loan for his own garage.
He didn't recognise me behind the desk.

People often tell struggling families to budget better but a budget cannot create money that isn't there.
Sometimes the biggest problem is simply not earning enough to cover basic needs.

The more you show up for people, the more they take your presence for granted. You become so dependable, so available and so used to putting in the effort that they forget you need to feel appreciated too. Thereâs a quiet sadness in being the person everyone can count on but rarely thinks to check on. The one who makes time for others but wonders whether anyone would make the same effort for you. People donât realise how much you brought into their lives until you stop showing up the way you always did. But you shouldnât have to disappear to make someone recognise your worth. You shouldnât have to become distant, stop caring or withdraw your love just to find out whether it mattered. You deserve the kind of love that appreciates your presence while youâre still there, not the kind that only recognises your value after youâre gone.

Everyone talks about walking away, but rarely about the grief of staying away from someone you never wanted to lose. Sometimes, you have to stand by a decision that breaks your heart because staying would cost you your peace. Knowing you made the right choice doesn't mean it stops hurting.

Just enjoying some music. A good playlist always makes the day better. Nothing beats having your favourite tunes playing in the background.
