Fair enough though the same people drive to from those suburbs to attend brunches and party at night...Acacia Mall is full of families...what's lacking in Kampala CBD is recreational activities/spaces

No one comes to CBD because it is just too cumbersome and expensive to come from ten suburbs to do anything here. Traffic. Fuel costs, etc
