Hey @Steve_MSFT, I've got a URLEncoded form that I need to decode with PowerShell. [System.Web.HttpUtility]:: UrlDecode($urlToDecode) gets me some of the way, but I feel like this ignores the form part? Any ideas?

Hey @cl & @sqldbawithbeard, any quick tips on how to refresh a SQL Server (Azure SQL, but for this, I assume it's the same) from a backup without overwriting user accounts, etc? Is there anything in @psdbatools that will accommodate?
