Really enjoyed listening to Andy McClaren share his journey and hearing about our new “You Okay Mate?” campaign at the college.
We will always strive and promote how important mental health is and do our best to support those in need!
Ayrshire College celebrated #InternationalMensDay with events promoting the message “You okay, mate?” Students heard from support groups and ex-Scotland star Andy McLaren, who shared his story of addiction, mental health & recovery, reminding us to check in & support each other.
