In 1995 some scientists decided to point the Hubble at the darkest area of the night sky
The patch they chose was pitch black with seemingly nothing in it. Previously thought to be empty
Left the shutter open for 10 days just to see what would happen
The area they photographed was tiny
Equal to the amount of the sky you’d cover by holding a grain of sand at arm’s length
That photo turned out to have 10,000 galaxies in it
Each of them as big as ours, with hundreds of billions of stars
Each of those stars has a solar system and planets like ours
Trillions upon trillions of worlds
In an area the size of a single grain of sand held up against the entire night sky
Meanwhile people are out here talking about AI like *we* are the ones creating God 😂
We'll be okay

In case you couldn’t tell from the lemonade stand piece this is a joke
(sorry all you CPA gurus)
But for founder friends - if you’re a founder of a real company that’s a c corp, and are going to sell that company subject to QSBS, you actually can do this (or something like it) to convert taxable assets you have into a pseudo-Roth
It’s legal and it works. Here’s how:
For ex you fund your company with an extra $2m of BTC (which the company doesn’t plan to ever touch)
Run the company for 5+ years and then sell it subject to QSBS
BTC has appreciated to $5m over that period and company still hasn’t touched it
Acquirer tacks on $5m extra to sale price for the BTC on the balance sheet which they can keep or sell immediately after close
Your $3m gain on that BTC is tax free (so long as total sale proceeds don’t exceed the $15m or 10x basis QSBS limits)
Similar to a Roth structure, but the beauty is you can take your tax-free gains after as little as 5 years rather than waiting until you’re 60 with a Roth
CPA gurus will lose their minds about this
But this is legit and works. Ask your tax guy
P.S. doesn’t have to be BTC, just any taxable asset that you think will both appreciate quickly + be easy for an acquirer of your company to get their head around including in the deal

I know way too many people in their late 20’s to early 30’s who are “trying” or have been trying to get pregnant for months or even years without success
There are microplastics in most guys’ testicles
Plastics in our bodies leach nasty chemicals like phthalates, bisphenols and PFAS that wreck your hormones & prevent reproductive processes from working the way they’re supposed to (in addition to causing turbo cancers, brain fog and early dementia)
✅ Stop wearing synthetic fabrics, especially underwear
Anything stretchy or with “poly”-something anywhere on the tag is a fuck no
Opt for 100% cotton or other natural fibers instead
✅ Work on cutting anything that comes packaged in plastic out of your diet
This is hard, but every time you swap something that comes in plastic for something that doesn’t, your health gets a little bit better
Look for beverages that come in glass, and shop at local farmers markets for as much of your food as possible
Note - most metal cans have plastic liners as well, so cans aren’t any better. Go for glass or no packaging at all
✅ Never, ever drink unfiltered tap water in any city in the US. Almost all municipal tap water in the US is contaminated with nasty chemicals like PFAS, and unfortunately many private wells are too
Install a 5-stage RO filter for your house, and additionally, get a Berkey with PF-2 filters for your drinking water
PFAS are toxic at incredibly low, parts-per-trillion concentrations. 5-stage RO and Berkey-type filters with PF-2 attachments are the only filters fine enough to remove it. Normal carbon filters like a brita or what’s in your fridge’s water system don’t work
✅ Get all mainstream cleaning products out of your house. Anything with a brand that comes from the grocery store is loaded with hormone disrupting chemicals
Opt for homemade cleaning products using ingredients like vinegar, baking soda, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and essential oils instead
Do these things and magically you’ll find getting pregnant goes back to being something that happens on accident without even trying
🚨 🇺🇸 U.S. FERTILITY RATE HITS RECORD LOW BUT EXPERTS SAY DON'T PANIC... IMMIGRATION MIGHT BE THE FIX!
Americans are having fewer babies than ever, with fertility rates dropping 22% since 1990 to just 1.62 children per woman—well below the 2.1 replacement rate.
Teen pregnancy rates have plummeted 78%, which experts call a public health win despite population concerns.
Economists worry about future workforce shortages and Social Security funding, but demographers suggest immigration might be a faster fix than making more babies.
New immigration grift incoming? Don't worry about having babies, just import people.

How tariffs impact currencies (and your portfolio):
1) trade balance shifts toward less imports, more domestic production (strengthens the dollar)
2) reduced demand for foreign currencies (stengthens dollar)
3) higher interest rates from the Fed in response to inflation risks (strengthens dollar)
4) lower global trade & higher economic uncertainty globally, causing flight to safety (strengthens dollar)
Tariffs drive $DXY up
DXY is also the most inversely-correlated asset to all other risk assets, providing incredible diversification for risk-asset-heavy portfolios
The main ETFs are $UUP and $USDU

How to do the Buy Borrow Die strategy, live like the rich and pay zero taxes:
You don’t need millions to do this.
You can start with any level of income or assets.
Here’s how 👇🏼
1) take all of your fungible work income and invest it in assets (S&P500 is fine)
2) take a small margin loan against your assets each month to fund your “fun” budget
3) never pay the loan back
Your margin loan rate will be like 5%, but the investments grow at 13%
So you can borrow 3-4% of portfolio value per year safely, even after paying margin interest, and your portfolio will continue to grow faster than your margin balance
The borrowed $ is tax free income you get to spend on anything you want
If you’re just starting out, it requires discipline and sacrifice
If you only have $10k invested, then your “fun” budget each month starts out at $10,000 * 3% / 12 = $25 / mo
That’s the sacrifice part. 100% of your fungible income (anything left over after unavoidable expenses like housing, transportation, groceries, healthcare, etc) goes straight into your investment account. And you only get a “fun” budget of $25 / mo
But as you ride that out, with so much of your income going into investments, your portfolio grows very fast
When you hit $100k invested, you get $250 / mo for “fun” budget
$1m invested = $2500 / mo
$10m invested = $25,000 / mo
In the later stages it gets really cool
You have tens of thousands of tax-free fun money coming in every month
You stop working. You pay zero taxes despite having all the income to spend on whatever you want.
You never sell any of your assets. And you never pay the margin loan back. You die with it.
(and it doesn’t matter for your kids because your margin loan gets smaller as a % of your total assets every year, despite the continued borrowing). So your kids still come out way ahead when you die.
This is how the rich pay zero taxes
You can do this too
You just need to be willing to stomach the tiny “fun” budget for a few years starting out
The prize is very very worth it, and you can get there faster than you think

At $90 / barrel, energy CPI goes from the -15% YoY low we saw over the past few months, to:
+20% YoY as we roll into Q1
+30% YoY as we roll into Q2
“Soft landing” chads about to get their faces ripped off 🍿
The rollover in CPI from 9% peak last summer to ~3% this summer can largely be attributed to the rollover in energy prices from +40% to -17% over the same period
But unfortunately, energy is now trending back up
Oil rebounded from $70 to $85 over the past 3 months
And the YoY comps for oil drop from $85 to $75 to $70 as we head into Q1 and Q2 respectively
Meaning a return to +10-15% YoY in energy prices in Q1, and +15-25% YoY in Q2, if oil stays at the current level
Worse if oil continues trending higher
What will CPI look like over the coming months if things continue on the current trend? (1st order impact)
What does that mean for the likely path of Fed Funds? (2nd order impact)
What does the combination of those 1st & 2nd order consequences mean for the likely path of long-end rates? (3rd order impact)
What does the combination of all of the above mean for the likely path of
Equity multiples?
Bank lending?
Corporate growth?
Consumer spending?
(4th order impacts)
