The spike protein is typically gone in weeks. So why do some patients stay sick for years? Prof. Paolo Bellavite’s hypothesis: the antibodies outlast the spike. Anti-spike antibodies may lead to anti-ACE2 antibodies that block ACE2, raising angiotensin II and bradykinin. youtu.be/6k9d3APytpw #PACVS #ACE2

The people protecting the Epstein Pedo’s are now blaming a 12 YEAR OLD GIRL for being Raped by her stepfather & abused by her mother who sided with the rapist. What exactly do they think they’re doing her? They just accidentally revealed who they really are- psychopaths hungry for power:
Unearthed video: Vivek Ramaswamy mocks Amy Acton for being raped by her stepfather and abused by her biological mother, saying she "complains about what someone else did to her"

The GOP chose to lose Ohio. I can’t imagine any candidate, except Vivek, having so few scruples that they pay the woman who facilitated her daughter’s continual rape, to be the face of a campaign ad.
BOMBSHELL: Ohio Democratic gubernatorial candidate Amy Acton’s own mother urges voters not to vote for her daughter. “My name is Donna Arthur and I’m Amy Acton’s mother. I worked at Children and Family Service Association, building one of the first two sexual abuse programs in America. I love my daughter, but when I saw her lying about her opponent—and it’s not easy for a mother to say this—but Amy has a serious problem. She is a liar. She lies about her past. She says she grew up living in a tent. None of that is true. She’s lied her entire life. My daughter needs help, and she can’t help you if she needs help herself. People can change, but first they have to tell the truth, and my daughter still isn’t doing that. Don’t vote for people who lie. Don’t let her become your governor. If you think she’ll make your life better, you’re fooling yourself. It will only get worse.” That’s one hell of an October surprise.

Acton's mother lost custody of her children after years of documented issues, including time spent living in a tent and a spouse who sexually abused her daughter Amy (Acton). Amy Acton's brother has also confirmed this story. x.com/amyactonoh/sta… wkbn.com/news/local-new… time.com/collections/co… vindyarchives.com/news/2019/aug/… 614now.com/2020/culture/c… actonforgovernor.com/meet-amy/

Flabbergasted that Vivek Ramaswamy, down in the polls and almost certain to lose a state Trump won by +11 points, thought he could clutch victory from the jaws of defeat by getting his opponent’s estranged mother, who stayed with the man who raped her when she was twelve, to badmouth her as a liar in campaign ads just before the election. This is Ramaswamy’s ace in the hole, his Hail Mary. Ramaswamy has no sense for decorum, no theory of mind for the average voter, and it is this total lack of grace and sensitivity that led him to thoughtlessly excoriate American workers as sluggish and replaceable two Christmases ago, thinking it would play well with the base. Other politicians might have contempt for their constituents, but they know not to broadcast this fact, to keep it somewhat under wraps. Ramaswamy still has no idea why he is losing.

Why it matters: roughly 85% of human proteins are estimated to be “undruggable” by classic small molecules. Many lack deep pockets, act through flat protein–protein interfaces, or are highly dynamic or disordered. Conformations can open that space. Other states can expose cryptic pockets, allosteric sites or interfaces one static structure hides. Check it out at conformome.org/ — better maps of conformational states can expand the set of targets we can meaningfully pursue in drug discovery. Halma MTJ, Tuszynski JA, Wuite GJL. Mice given repeated mRNA-1273 shots made anti-ACE2 antibodies that rose with each boost and were still there 3 months later. Levels were lower in the human-ACE2 mice than in normal mice, which the authors read as binding to human ACE2.

Why some people, and why so long? Suspects: genes (HLA, MTHFR), lipid nanoparticles, impurities, mimicry. Bellavite argues autoantibodies outlast spike, though spike has been seen 180 days out. n=17, no controls: a lead, not proof. Research discussion, not medical advice. In his model, if these antibodies block ACE2, angiotensin II and bradykinin build up. That could mean high blood pressure, inflammation and vessel-lining damage. Anti-MAS1 could block the protective angiotensin 1-7 arm. Bellavite P. Lecture on autoantibodies in post-acute COVID vaccination syndrome [video]. Anti-ACE2 stood out. Across 19 symptoms, anti-ACE2-positive patients had 4x the odds of having more symptoms (OR 4.00, 95% CI 1.88–8.51). All 8 patients with bruising, skin swelling or rash were anti-ACE2 positive, vs 3 of 9 without (p=0.009). Ref Mantovani M, Bellavite P, Fazio S, Di Fede G, Tomasi M, Belli D, et al. First, the system involved: the renin-angiotensin system (RAS). One arm (ACE, angiotensin II, AT1) tightens vessels and drives inflammation. The other (ACE2, angiotensin 1-7, MAS1) relaxes vessels and calms inflammation. ACE2 is also the spike protein's receptor. Bellavite P.
