Genuinely contemplating leaving the S&C industry at the moment.
Being 10 years in the field with work across a extremely broad range of environments, and not being able to get a job due to lack of experience working in the UK 🙄 is just madness.

Jobs and opportunities are out there for sure, but it really is location dependent.
It’s easy to say that if you live within close proximity to a major city, but if you’re living anywhere remotely rural it’s genuinely not the same on the opportunity front.

Not really sure how anyone can complain about the red card in the #ENGvIRE game.
The rules aren’t new, there wasn’t any mitigation, and it was a high degree of danger.
Red cards will, and should, continue to be awarded until players behaviours around tackling change
